Just had an issue with postcards that was like this and PITA to fix but thankfully they were somewhat usable and company was good about refunds/replacement hope yours is the same because that is not okay!

Yeah, the colors & cuts are inconsistent. And those weird lines & indentations/creases!? They did a terrible job with the bookmarks! If they want you to send them other photos, you could send as many as you need to prove it.
