This house is well laid out and has all the features I would look for! I'm not a fan of fireplaces, and this one is unquestionably purely decorative because it has no chimney. I'd put an entertainment center in its place. If the hot water system was on-demand, and/or the house used a heat pump, the pantry closet could be much deeper. I know that having bathrooms adjacent makes the plumbing easier, but if the master bath were swapped with the walk-in closet there would be room for a shower stall in addition to the tub. That said, the way the plan is presented is just fine!

I love this design, plenty of storage space, gorgeous interior, perfect size rooms. I would have the same wooden floors throughout though, the pattern of the kitchen floor next to the wood floor in the lounge looks odd to me. And I would change the colour of the shutters and door. Ver very nice design indeed

WOW! Love the entrance, love the living room, beautiful fireplace with bookshelves on each side, love the kitchen, love the master bedroom w/ bathroom and vanity and the big closet, the bathroom and love the laundry room and the second bedroom and the third bedroom ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Nice size home but getting evenly distributed warm and cool air would be challenging. I would want a roof to cover all walkway and front decking. Not really a home for us.

This house could really inspire me 💖 . It has a light-flooded living room, which I love, but I would never have a sofa in front of the windows, there should be a rocking chair. In the bathrooms, a window would be nice and no black tiles. One bedroom could be a study and the second could possibly be a children's room, without a double bed, but with a desk. The large bedroom is great with this alcove and the walk-in closet. Great as a whole, with small changes.

I love this house. Nice size rooms, cozy, warm and homey. My kinda house. The only thing I noticed was there was no other door in or out besides the front entry. I would have put one in the laundry room.

There’s a sliding glass door opening to the deck in the master bedroom, & a door opening to small back porch/steps in the laundry room.

Actually, the back door is in the kitchen. There is a window in the laundry room looking out to that back porch.

How does this work? Do you construct this house per say on a piece of property? Or do you just sell the floor plan and we would need to find a contractor to build the house?
