I once out-wrestled 5 pit-bulls at the same time. They would probably beat me now, but at 6 weeks old, I schooled them.

The problem with saying you could beat a penguin is that you should have to fight it in its' environment because being able to live in a place that's too cold for everyone else *is it's survival mechanism*. And of course, if you're naked in penguin country, the penguin wins. 🐧 🥊

Thing about cheetahs, they are adapted for speed at the expense of fighting ability (high center of gravity, claws dulled by using them for traction, and generally more fragile), and cannot defend their food or even their kids, and get bodied if their prey puts up any kind of fight. Best strategy would be one of intimidation. "This prey isn't running away? Plans on fighting?! Oh no, not this again. NopeNopeNopeNopeNope."

Second, pythons kill faster and stronger creatures than you, and when they have attacked people, people are lucky to survive...and Anacondas are bigger. Giraffes are over a ton, and would wreck you. A cassowary is worse than Emus or Ostraches and would wreck pretty much any person.

The Goat move is legit, I got control of a mid sized hostile Goat like this while my (human) Kid left the enclosure . Then I was able to make the goat follow me the the gate, leave and let go of him over the gate.

You can take a cheetah. They weigh 90 pounds at most, have blunt claws, and a bite so weak that it rarely breaks the skin on their prey. They have to run their prey ragged then choke it out. Essentially, as long as you don't run, there's not much it can do to you; they have repeatedly been observed giving up on a hunt when their chosen prey doesn't run. There's a reason there's never been a recorded attack on a person. What Mike was describing was more of what fighting a leopard would be like.

Watched a video of a pet pig beating up a literal young bear. Granted it wasn’t a fully grown bear, but it wasn’t tiny either (young enough to be stupid enough to climb into a pig pen). It came climbing into a pig pen to eat the pigs I presume, and it didn’t even get its hind legs on the ground, the pig ran up and slammed the poor dude into a fence and ran him across the thing until the pig decided it was done and backed off, at which point the bear decided it wanted to leave asap. The pig immediately began charging and tried to get it as the bear was running away, lol. Don’t mess with pigs.

Fighting a pig is a losing battle. If they are seriously peeved they will do anything to get you even if it cost them their life. Pigs are weird angry tanks.

In the case of the scorpion, y'all aren't thinking in terms of self defense. What's the first thing you do with an attacker who has a pointy stabber? You control the pointy bit. The weapon. What you do is, you grab the scorpion by the tail, close to the stinger. Then have your way with him while he can't sting you.

As someone who has quite a lot of experience with Africa's wildlife, have worked in a game park and literally lives on a game farm, I think I can add my two cents. First point of contention in videos like these, is what exactly the conditions for victory are. Me beating a tiger in unarmed combat is completely different from me simply surviving a tiger attack. The tiger, lion or bear that is attacking me might decide to leave me alone if I am a bit more trouble than I'm worth. Had this been in a gladiatorial setting in the Colosseum though, I'd get beat every time. Also, we need to remember that motivation plays a role. I will probably scare off a lone leopard, even though it could easily kill me; solitary animals don't want to risk unnecessary fights, out of fear of injury or infection. Again, in a true 1v1 setting, there is no human on earth that stands any chance whatsoever against a fully grown leopard of either gender. Lastly, I don't recall seeing honey badgers in here. At 30 lbs, they aren't the biggest... But they'll rip any human being to shreds like it's nobody's business. And it doesn't get any better with the bigger animals.

I think you can hurt a pig (please don't unless you plan to eat them). I don't think a pig would like a full on muay thai roundhouse to the ribs from someone who has steel hard shins. Pigs also come in lots of different sizes so some would be way too big to hurt but others would be manageable. I've seen guys wrestle pigs and they seem to manage to do it okay. If they're domestic then they've been detusked too. Cheetah. I think you could MAYBE beat a cheetah for three reasons: people have strangled mountain lions to death and a cheetah is in that weight class, cheetahs are less likely to rip you to shreds because their claws are more like running spikes than razors since they aren't retractable, and cheetahs are quite graceful in their build so if you pinned it in the right way you MIGHT be able to keep its rear claws out of action while you push its head into the ground and strangle it with both hands. A couple of years ago the news reported that a 73 year old Kenyan man killed a leopard by ripping out its tongue, and leopards are way stronger than cheetahs and have super sharp claws. Might be bullcrap though coz it's the news...

A big strong human with good grappling skills could probably take a cheetah, but it would be NASTY definitely going to the hospital after.

Wild pigs are definitely tougher than cheetahs and goats, but doable. All of the small animals are no problem, giraffes are way tougher than they think.

Penguin in the water takes almost anybody I think, but on land a kid could clap them!

A turtoise/turtle is easy, just flip it over. It might bite you one or twice, but they can't get back once flipped.

Just looked up how hard a giraffe kicks. About 2000 psi force. Good luck getting into range to try to legkick it :)

Ok, I have to weigh in here, of course, never fight animals, they're cute: 1.) Sloths are covered in algea, but they're not generally infectious. Their claws are only for hanging really. Anyone could beat a Sloth, if they wanted to, but they're so cute! 2.) Turtle or tortoise, you can just grab them by the head, it's over. But why would you? They're so cute! 3.) First off, there are two families of porcupines and generally speaking, old world porcupines are way worse than North American ones. Either way, the whole point of a porcupine is that you don't walk away unharmed. Those quills will go through a shoe no problem and Seth probably underestimates the sheer amount of quills. Also they're rodents, meaning they have nasty bites. Unless you get straight to their throat/underside somehow, you will suffer substantial injuries. But why would you? They are so cute! 4.) If a fully grown, anaconda wants to eat you and you have no help, it will kill you. It's like wrestling a superstrong living tire-tube with hooked teeth on one end in a swimming pool, as anacondas hunt in the water. If an anaconda gets one curl around you that you can't get off, it's over, it only gets worse from there. You can't choke it, because if you grab it, it will curl around your body in seconds and crush your bones in the process, kicking and punching will not do much, as they are just covered in muscle and tough, scaly skin and whenever you try to hit, it'll try to grab, either by biting or curling, and they can be very fast if they want to. Best bet if you have to fight them is to exhaust them by using feint jabs and footwork. They don't have a constant body temperature, so they gas out rather quickly. But most of the time, they just want to be left alone and will try to escape rather than to fight. 5.) It depends on how venomous it is, so let's go for the worst one, the death stalker. If you can grab the scorpion by the stinger, you win. If you can't, you might be dead even if you kill it. 6.) The asian gint hornet (not murder hornet) can't kill you on its own, even if it stings you multiple times it can only produce so much venom. You can swat it out of the air, but like the bee in that story, the stinger stays active even when it's down. And if she recovers from the swat, you better believe she'll be out for vengeance. If you are prepared to take the sting and commit to a death clap, you might even come out unharmed, but chances are that even if you kill it, you'll be reduced to your own little tearful universe of pain for about a day or so, and you will feel the effects for a while. And more often than not, you don't have to ward off one hornet, you have to face the hive! 7.) Emus and ostriches are somewhat different. Ostriches are much bigger and stronger. Ostriches can kick lions to death, so you probably wont stand a chance. An emu might still disembowel you with a good kick, but you might be able to wrestle them. You can't wrestle an ostrich. 8.) Giraffes are huge! The assumption of them being four legged Muay-Thai fighters with deadly head butts is pretty acurate, and although their legs seem thin compared to their body, their bones are way thicker than a human's and the power comes mostly from the top of their legs. But why would you fight them? They're so majestic. 9.) You can't beat a grown pig, Mike is right. You might get one or two good kicks in, but a pig will charge right through them and gore you. But why would you fight a pig? They're so cute! 10:) Right abou the goat, as long as its horns don't point forward. Miss your grip there and the horn goes straight through your arm. 11.) A penguin can peck you I guess? Maybe glide at you on its belly across the ice? But that's it. Their gimmick really is to get into the water and swim away from land predators and get on land to escape sea predators. But why would you fight them? They're so cute! (Except for some really gross ones ...)

On the question of human vs pig I think it is very dependent on the size of the pig. There are pigs that are so big that I would agree with Mike that it is unlikely that a human could hurt them but most pigs I have seen are small enough that you could definitely hurt them with a headkick. Not a fight I would be willing to have though 😅

A cheetah can actually run for as long as they like but they don't leave there hunting grounds because pretty much anything can kill them, and they are scared of everything and are very weak.

A pig is the animal on this list that scares me the most. They are the domesticated version of a boar, but they are recently domesticated. Look at a fucking boar spear. 3 feet of spear, then a big guard to stop the pig from still killing you after being impaled by 3 feet of spear. And they were still among the most dangerous of hunts. I will bet on the pig against the gorilla.

I think the issue is are you asking if you could fight the animal (like you would fight a person) or could you kill these animal. Will you get hurt by most of these sure, but in the end a person has the physical ability to be the survivor. Also you brought up Ostriches & Emu but check out the Cassowaries 😳

You have a MUCH higher chance of killing a cheetah than a giraffe! A giraffe is like five connected palm trees that walk. You would leg kick it, it would maybe notice you and if it put in the effort to kick you, you would be turned to blood mist.

When it has approeached to him, an old man (not a fighter and definitely not an athletic person) punched it on the fly with a big right hand, then stomped on it... so yes, i think you can beat it even without training, if you keep your composure The fact is that (correct if I'm wrong) they can sting only if they land and stabilize on you With the scorpion it's different... cause it can simply stay right where it is, and wait for your strike to sting you (i don't know, maybe they are not so quick or so flexible?) With a thick pair of boots you can have a chance, i suppose 😂

I wouldn't fight them either, but we are definitely physically capable, and they really can't do a thing against us, but fear do be like that Cheetah... well, I'd say that a human winning is very unlikely, but maybe not impossible as with other big cats, because Cheetah evolved to run and that's almost literally the only thing they do, but yeah, I'd still say no without thinking twice. About pigs: I'd say possible, but not likely, still more likely than Cheetah tho, but it really depends on who's the human fighting and how much force can they generate. Although whether it's easier or harder also depends on the pig, and ofc no chance ever against any wild pig

Going through the list of animals and giving my opinions on them. I am no fighter, but I do know a fair bit about martial arts, critical thinking and animals, but I am not an expert in any of these aspects. Sloth is an easy fight, they use stealth and their slow movement conserves energy so they don't need to eat all that much for survival. They get bodied by other animals. It's not even a close fight at all. A big ass tortoise could bite you... Could, but the only reason the fight would even be a problem is their shell. They aren't all that dangerous, it's the turtles that are dangerous. Look up Snapping bite turtle for an animal that only an idiot would mess with. Porcupine... Ooof... This is tough. Hand to hand I think the human would lose, those needles would fucking suck to get stung by, and you would react to it. And yes, studies show that they use them to kill... I think you'd lose if you have nothing but your hands and feet. It's easy to win the moment you place a stick between you and it, but that's not what this is about. I think you get bodied by this one. Fighting an anaconda... This seems like a bad time. The best way to deal with it, would play right into its strengths, you need to get up to its face and start hurting that area, because the rest of the body won't fucking care. These things are fucking massive, they get overwhelmed by big groups of animals, generally not indivdual animals (though this happens too). You need to be very big, and very strong to win this fight, and even then I think you'll be in trouble. Removing an anaconda from places bare handed is different from fighting it. Fighting a scorpion is a HARD no from me. I fucking hate these little things. Mike says stuff about being scared of a goose or a rat. I don't freeze against them... With the other animals where I stand no chance I wouldn't want to fight because it's suicidal, with the scorpion I feel like if I wasn't terrified of these little shits, then I could maybe win the fight. And I think most people could too, if you get rid of its stinger, you win, the claws don't do much more than bruise and maybe snip a little bit of flesh off of humans. But that stinger will kill you after a while. Do not get stung, ez win. Murder hornet, I am allergic to wasps... There's a chance I'd be allergic to this thing. Heck, I know that these fuckers can kill and will kill humans. No thanks, I am not taking this fight and neither are you. You will lose without special tools. DO NOT FIGHT A WASP BARE HANDED, you might crush it, but it will get you too, and this thing can and will sting you multiple times, you could survive it, YOU COULD, but fighting it is like baseball. It needs to make the ball go through, but you need to just strike it once. However, it won't need much more than 3 stings. Emu... If you manage to catch its head as it tries to jump up and kick you, you will win.. I think most people aren't dexterous enough for this fight though, you'd need to break its attack line while going for the neck, I can't do that. These things have pretty big talons and a nasty kick... Not sure. I would say you have a better chance than with an ostrich. Giraffe would kill you, there is no two ways about it, if you do not employ a weapon against this big thing. It will kick you, and it will kill you. It kills lions this way. Adult giraffes are generally only prey to starving duo male lions, not to packs of hyena or lions. And if the lion is solo, it will lose. You are not a lion, you stand even less of a chance. Get a big stick, or don't fight. Leg kicking it will do nothing, these things have large legs, they are powerful legs, it would feel as if something bumped into it, you will feel as if you kicked a brick wall. Cheetah... This is probably the easiest fight outside of the tortoise and sloth. Cheetahs would lose, they do not catch and grab with their paws, they catch and grab with their teeth. They get a hold of the neck of an animal and choke it out. Their claws are blunt because they need to be able to turn so quickly, their powers are more like dog paws than a leopard or lion, both of which would body a human easily. Cheetahs on the other hand is a bottom feeder, they get to keep their food if there are no other predators around, otherwise they'll go hungry. Cheetahs are endangered because their genetics played a prank on them, not because of humans. Other cats fight the way that Mike showed, Cheetahs do not. Cheetah's kinda just slap their paws onto the hamstring of an animal to trip it and then try to access its neck with a bite. Avoid its teeth. I think most adults could win a fight against a cheetah. I certainly would win it. Any other large cat and I'd not want the fight, heck I don't even want to fight a sandcat which is significantly smaller than the cheetah. Regular pig... Hmm, hard to tell, it's probably hard to fight because it doesn't really have a weak spot without a weapon. Maybe a good kick to the head could do some serious damage. I think Mike's experience isn't very indicative of anything as it wasn't him actually fighting it. I don't think that a pig is mobile enough for a trained person to lose to it, but I think it could beat up a lot of people. Goat is easy, I've won against a goat when it attacked my cousin, I was 12 when I took it by the horns and flipped it over on its side. The type of goat that messed up the news reporter is easy. If we are talking about an actual mountain goat/ram, you are dead. It will kill you, it won't even be a question as to whether or not you could make it run. Because it wouldn't, it will kill you, just like you wouldn't be able to make the hog run. But a regular goat? Tall kids can beat them up. You win against the emperor penguin, unless you get scared.
