Sounds like you don't understand what you're talking about. Be honest, do you think minorities are underqualified because they're not white and therefore inferior? It's not like they're getting special privileges within the affinity group. Diversity is a good thing. It helps people avoid getting stuck in traps because they all think the same way. Diversity literally is resilience.

@@markd.9042the problem isn’t when a person of color is being hired. The problem is when a person gets hired who is clearly unqualified for a specific job. Why focus on the amount melanin a person has at all? Why not hire someone based on their qualifications? A person could be purple for all I care as long as they’re qualified I don’t care.
