My question is : Is the minutes and seconds in angle measurement and time measurement one and the same thing? Or different? Or is it a coincidence that they are named like that? Because the numerical values of 1/360 and 1/ 24 are different. It is confusing. You are the only one video where at least talks about this, others just assume it or don't know. Please reply.
