The ###/999 numbering - what does this mean please? Does it mean there are only 999 in circulation or are there 999 different parallels to collect?

If a card is numbered ###/999, it means that there were 999 of that card printed. For example in Prizm, the gold parallel numbered ##/10 means 10 gold prizms were printed and released into circulation. The blue parallel numbered ###/199 means 199 blue prizms were printed and released into circulation.

Question: A raw card is different from a base card? And if so, what’s the difference? Thanks

A raw card is a card that has not been graded. A base card is a card in the product's base set (not an insert, parallel, relic, or autograph).

@@lykaojalao2733 For the most part, base cards are not considered to be highly collectible. There are some exceptions though. For example, the base cards have a very low print run in Upper Deck Synergy Hockey. There are other high-end sets that also have serial numbered base cards (National Treasures, Flawless, The Cup, etc).
