Sir I have two questions: 1) Is it compulsory for investor to convert his angel investment into equity after Series A round of funding or else he could demand all his money back with interest? 2) Can founders return money to angel investor before raising Series A round if they become profitable to save equity for future investment rounds?
If convertible notes are issued to Non resident, and agreement provides for discount on valuation, how do we adhere to pricing guidelines? As per pricing guidelines we can’t issue shares less than the value arrived by Marchant banker?
