Explain something to me. All this knowledge, All the production quality, all this sweet rides shown and a good amount of subscribers on the channel but still the videos only get a few thousand views? People are missing out so much.
Yes definitely agree with the other comments. A lot of the more interesting details are way above what the average enthusiast can comprehend. I've actually heard other shops make references to HP Academy courses, which indicates that these guys are just way ahead of the curve.
@@syrthdr09sybr34 I’m just an average car enthusiast, with a couple of project cars and no connection to racing. I can follow about 95% of what HPA is putting out, and have purchased several of their courses to implement on my own cars, especially the PMU application. It really allowed me to modernize the electrical system on my intermeccanica italia, while keeping all of the vintage aesthetics (classic Maserati toggle switches) without having to run like 50 relays and associated wiring to achieve the logical functions. Sure, it could be done, but the PMU’s make it so much simpler.
Getting into the details is much appreciated. Keep the content coming. I like this level of motorspoet as people seem happy to share details. The higher you go the more secretive everything is which is where I start to lose interest.
Cheers mate! This is the last one for a few weeks, but we will be at PRI later in the year and after that hopefully we can get back to one a week like we did 2019 and before for a few years (before travel was hard for a bit!) - Taz.
I remember when those cars were cheap and available but now (in the USA) if you can find one that is not completely rusted to death it will probably cost you more than a 02-03 wrx! Lol but hey it is what it is and as long as people are willing to pay those prices they will continue to be that way I suppose lol yes I'm just mad I can't find a decent chassis that isn't rusted to hell that's not crazy exspensive lol but I keep looking
and as a fanboy nbd andre youre just being real, the open block models are real weak, and a boxer being so narrow has a small area to grab the crank and smaller bearings than straight 4s, aluminum isnt the toughest of course either :p
Great video. Very informative thanks! Regarding the shock pot sensors, did you happen to ask what rate they are logging? 1khz? Are they logging 3 potentiometers or 4? And while I’m at it, I wonder if the shock pots have logging going to the dash or to the m150?
