Never been to China. Planning on a trip to China in a few months. I lived in Texas, and as a Californian, I will be blunt and say that Texas sucks. The fact that the guy was from Houston, Texas, it is typical of Texans to think no end of themselves. Having said that, I will say that China is at least 30 to 40 years ahead technologically and infrastructure wise from the west. The Texan is close minded. He needs to relax a little bit.
Why government make it so difficult for people to go to the toilet? Can they built a restroom inside the restaurant? Also, why don't they provide toilet paper? You will probably pee your pants when you figure out how to pay for toilet paper.
