Hello from Irvine California. I think it’s great to have native English speakers to teach English. My kids learned mandarin here in California and I was very picky about where the teachers came from because I wanted them to speak without an accent. When they learn at a young age they will have perfect English, no accent. My kids now teenagers and fluent with no accent.🎉
I think it probably better to hire the Chinese from the north as they tend to speak better Mandarin than people from the south, which usually have accents. If you can hire someone originally from Beijing, that would be the best because they are able to speak the best Mandarin besides their local dialect.
The Indian guy doesn't have that typical accent tend to scare away most beginner😅He seems very professional and speak good Chinese. He mentioned in university you can get higher salaries? It seems changed what I knew before. I hope China heading for right direction hiring qualified English teacher, and get rid of unqualified losers. Sichuan Hua: yao dei😆, 要的?
I never thought those were teachers LOL Do they have certificate to work as teachers? Well, maybe^I should try teaching Cantonese, English and Germany! ^^^^
Thanks for the informative video Aiden! Do you happen to know any agents or schools looking in Zhuhai? I’m from the U.S. but would love to work in Zhuhai!
How were you able to film and upload this to RU-vid in the repressive China? Are you living in another country? Serious question because I heard RU-vid (along with many other common apps) are banned in China.
@@PRINCEOFCN I know about that but I’m talking about since you live there, wouldn’t Chinese authorities be watching and ready to arrest you? Or maybe it’s banned but not illegal to access?
@@TheseEyesSeeDarknessClearly7 well good question, they do, so as long as you are not doing anything stupid, you will be fine then. It not scary as you heard it online, as a native Chinese myself I never and do my friends who use vpn, never had problems
