Lived in Independence for 9 years, besides the clubhouse are the people that you meet there, however my property taxes went up from $900 per year in 2014 to 1400 last year,& you better learn how to shoot pool because there's 140 people in the billiard club, it's a great place to live I miss it!
the Delaware coast is entirely in FEMA's high risk for flooding during a major storm. Is getting homeowners insurance difficult for these coastal communities? is it expensive? Thanks
It is not difficult and depending on where you are will depend if you need flood insurance. The vast majority of the area does not flood. My HOI is about $1,100/year
