I am now trying alternate days 21 hours fast(fruits at 4 and good dinner at 7 with meat or lentils and rice or sourdough bread) and on other days 16 hours fast with 2 meals and fruits or kefir as 3rd meal. 15 days 21 hour fast and 15 days 16 hours fast, lets see what happens after 2 months. One thing I noticed is I feel way better on 21 hours fast than 16 hours fast its like omad but added fruit at 21 which is almost like fast but gives me nutrients. I think there is a body autophagy threshold for each indivisual and for me it starts after 20 and next day I feel great. When I do 16(8 hours 3 meals) its good but its not like I feel big difference next day

It is a great fast 20 hr But 12 dry fast no food no fluids has 3 times potency then water fast 12 hr dry fast =72 hrs water fast
