I just love Kundalini Yoga ♥ It's like the perfect partner to me. It centers me when I feel confused, it relaxes me when I am tense, it listens to me when I don't have anyone to talk to, it gives me strength, optimism, comfort and love.

What a beautiful explanation! I have just started practising kundalini yoga and am already finding it surprisingly beneficial. This has prompted me to do a little research on it just out of interest. But it seems that some people have had very negative, even frightening experiences of awakening the kundalini energy and I now feel quite anxious about it. This is a shame, as I have been very much enjoying the classes. I am hoping that you can put my mind at rest. I don't like to raise this in the class and apologise for introducing any negativity into the comments. Many thanks! Oh, and I am very happy to have discovered SikhNet in the process 💜
can anybody tell me when we can practice kundalini yoga again?cause corona keeps us from doing so.only some do it illegally.i miss it.all the teachers i have called and all they can do is yoga walking.but thats kind of lonely.
