I had to get into this conversation. Now I have two vegan cookbooks. Vegan 100 & Rachel Ama book (pre ordered) I do love the baking book though I don’t bake lol 😂 They are both from RU-vidr cooks. And it was just released . Very interesting and also I just make recipes for vegan friends and for me from time to time. Family dish wise I’m mixed and also I’m a New Yorker also so again all over. Beans and rice and Korean and Jewish recipes. I now eat lots of Indian curry (south)
