What are the causes of hormonal imbalance in females?
Hormonal imbalance in females can be due to a number of reasons. First of our lifestyle and stress, if we have a unhealthy lifestyle, if we have gained too much weight, if we are obese or if we denote inculcate any physical activity into our routine, this can be one of the reasons for hormonal imbalance but it is not the only reason. Apart from this, there can be stress or your own body may have this entity even though you are fit even though you have done everything still your body may have internal hormonal imbalances.
How does hormonal imbalance affect fertility in females?
A few females may face some issues regarding infertility or fertility, incase she has hormonal imbalance but not all obese patients or not all patients who donot have a very healthy lifestyle will face problems while trying to get pregnant. Not everyone who has stress will get problem while they are trying to get pregnant but if you have an issue that you already know about, then you should definitely get the consultation done. Some people having fluid coming out from the nipples of their breast or having thyroid issues, they should seek correction prior to getting pregnant otherwise they can have recurrent abortions or they may have such problems.
Does stress increase the risk of infertility in females? Why?
Yes and no. We encounter lot of stressful issues in our daily lives but not everyone or each one of us don't have infertility but yes stress is a big factor these days which can cause infertility or what we have seen is that lots of patients come up, when they say that they conceived, they were taking infertility treatment but they went on a holiday, they were around the stress free situation and so they conceived. So yes, this shows that stress can cause infertility but it is not the only reason.
What should be the ideal lifestyle of a woman to avoid fertility issues? What can you do to avoid infertility? What kind of lifestyle can you lead ?
So I just think I have a healthy mind and a healthy body, release stress and exercise daily. To release stress, you can join some hobbies, maybe an instrument, maybe you like to read books or you like to watch your movies or going out and on other hand take out an hour for yourself to exercise. Can medication treat stress induced fertility problem? Yes, we are so blessed in this era that we have medicines and we have treatments to help with your fertility issues.
