I remember back in 1997, privatization of British and Australian water utilities was a huge management fad, much discussed in the USA. However actual outcomes have been terrible.
cHaLLEngEs ??!?!!? how to get away with raising prices for a poorer service & a potentially dangerous product, whilst making record profits, going bankrupt, & discharging effluent into public waterways, all at the same time. seems legit.
