I didn't have any of these problems, but my PSA kept going up over ten years before they finally found cancer. It has been over a year since I had my prostate cut out.
2 things can elevate the PSA and maybe more. Sitting on a bike seat is one and ejaculating is another. If your psa is borderline and it gets elevated before its tested it might put into the biopsy zone. I've read 4 is a concerning level but a urologist said 2 is. I read that a digital rectal exam is a good idea but a urologist and many doctors feel a low psa is ok without a digital rectal exam. I'm 67 and my father and brother had PC. I think I've dodged that bullet. I think by age 70 the window is over.
Question i have an enlarged prostate and was just curious can I still take ibuprofen or naproxen with enlarged prostate? I also heard taking cold medicine makes it worse is this true?
@@ArifAshgar I've got same problem but I only have problem when I don't eat right. I'm 61 and have learned how to shrink my prostate and I do it by fasting. (intermittent fasting) and or eating raw veggies. Most important is not to eat inflammatory foods like; Dairy (very bad) Sugar and oil.
