SUNY Buffalo is offering an MSc Engineering Science course with a focus on DS, which is ideal for students with no CS background. If you are from a CS background and want to take advanced coursework in DS/ML, etc., then I would recommend pure MS DS courses. I'm not sure what your profile is, but there are other alternatives as well. In case you want help with the application process, university recommendation etc do get in touch with us at +918125322444

University of Florida Applied data Science Or Northeastern University Data Science Or Indiana University Bloomington Data science

I would go with Northeastern's Data Science program for a couple of reasons- a. It's offered by the well-reputed Khoury College, which boasts excellent faculty. It offers a CO-OP option where you can pursue a semester-long internship. b. Its location is in Boston- one of the best places to study and find work. Lots of opportunities there. U of F's Applied DS is a relatively new program. U of I, Bloomington, also offers a good DS program but is located in a two-tier city. Hope this helps! @@DrRajusConsultancy but overall including stay NEU is costing around 15L more than IUB and 25L more than UF Is that worth it keeping in mind the intake this year(which is massive) and the scarcity of on-campus part-time and very few co-op admits these days

Yes, you're right; NEU is definitely getting overcrowded with Indian students. Your Cost of education and living will definitely be higher at NEU compared to UFL and IUB. But, living in Boston, you will be close to companies that hire many students from local universities. While living near Boston (Providence), I attended many career fairs in the Boston region. New York and New Jersey are also a few hours' drive away, making it closer to another massive IT hub (I used to travel to attend interviews). Remember, getting a CO-OP (internship) is completely self-driven and has less to do with the university. To be able to pursue a semester-long internship has its own advantages when you apply for jobs later. Ultimately, it boils down to "Am I willing to spend 15-20% more for better job opportunities?". If the Cost of Education is a significant factor for you, I suggest you choose programs that cost less - between UFL and IUB; I would go with IUB because of its curriculum and reputation. Stony Brook and TAMU's DS programs are also great low-cost options- I have helped many apply to them this year. I hope this helps!

I have applied to Stony aswell and it's handsdown my first preference And these three are next in the list, and have also applied to MSU Confused a lot between Indiana, NEU and UF Indiana has one of the best DS courses, whereas UF has is comparatively cheaper and has better faculty for DS on the other hand NEU has the location advantage but I am doubting the peer admission group now(coz I've seen people with a pretty average profiles getting in where as even better profiles got rejected previously) There are my top 5 univs could you please rank them (all for DS) Stony Brook Michigan State University University of Florida Northeastern University Indiana University Bloomington

All the schools mentioned have pretty good CS departments (most of the DS courses are offered by the CS department). Going for any of them will not negatively effect in any manner. Rather than ranking, I'll give you my two cents on each of these. Stonybrook - Amazing CS and Mathematics departments. DS program is relatively new but its a mix of courses that they've been offering from quite sometime so the program's going to be great. Going to cost you $40,000 tuition. If I have to pick- I'll go for this. MSU- Cheapest of all - $39,000 and because of smaller intake compared to rest, good chances of on-campus jobs and funding. Overall this is going to cost you the least and the university is also pretty reputed (Both CS and Data Analytics departments are great, and you might get to take some electives from the Eli Broad business school that offers a spectacular MS BDSA course). UFL- You said it. Good faculty. Costs you around $45000 tuition. Its an "Applied" DS course, so the curriculum is going to be different, and is specifically designed for non-CS/DS students who want to transition into DS related job roles. NEU- Most expensive of all, although good location and great course. You need not consider solely on location basis, because rest of the Unis also offer pretty good quality of education. $56,000 tuition. IUB- DS department is well reputed. Costs you above $50,000. You can choose this if you don't get into Stony. Once you have all your decisions in place, if you're still confused, I highly recommend you talk to current students or Alumni via LinkedIn.

which university do you suggest for Health informatics master's program George Mason University- A University of north carolina - Charlotte -B

Hey Sravani, It's a tough choice because both are an equal match in terms of Curriculum, Location, and Job Outcomes. You can't go wrong with either. GMU offers a few additional concentrations- check if those align with your goals. Living expenses-wise, GMU is slightly on the higher side. If UNC Charlotte's curriculum aligns with you, you can go there- that's my favorite pick. Hope this helps!
