And while running away keeps his back towards a mob that's attacking him. I wonder how many of these players that's probably been playing for years that doesn't know how dazed works. At some point you'd think people would figure it out and know how to run away while still facing them. I remember I figured it out back in 2005 when I was around level 20-30 on my first character.

HAhahahaha dude is occasionally facing the mob while still having auto attack on as well. How to kite or make mobs lose aggro is even more basic knowledge than how to avoid getting dazed. Christ I really didn't think these people existed anymore.

Pretty much at any point they could have turned around and simply kill the mobs. One murlock was even 1/2 down just from the auto attacks that were keeping them aggro'd. If anything I've learned from these videos is that most times you benefit more from standing your ground rather than trying to outrun their aggro range.

He's actually the first dungeon final boss that is a big step compared to the instance that he belongs. Still remember my first Uldaman run, he wrecked us as we had no idea how high leveled he is.

Also, he tried to use a health potion that was on cd and did not use his healthstone that was off cd

Given how quickly i've died from sticky situations 1-25, solidified why I never even tried HC.

You have to remember that SoD mobs hit harder and have more hp so you cant compare it to hc really

Once you can regularly use all your buttons keybound you will vastly improve at the game. Remember, you can use ctrl, shift, and alt modifiers to bind too.

People who cry about clicking are usually talking about the ones who are completely r worded at it. Theres quite a bit of difference from panic spam clicking vs clicking one button while still doing other stuff like movement (since you have 2 hands). In ffxiv especially I find it easy as hell especially if you can handle moving, camera work, and clicking (while also pushing your buttons). Anyways all of that is to say clicking isnt inherently bad, but when you rely on it you're definitely losing speed (hotkeys) and if you're not precise or working it into your movements then you might as well just learn to press the keybinds exclusively. I think its best reserved for having extra items off in your bags to the side ready for CLICKIN.

that gnomish teleporter thing can backfire when you use it. It warns you about that on the tooltip lol. He just charged at an enemy that was placed LUCKILY by him as he fell.

Petrification flask freezes you in midair, but he also charged into the mob, which wasn't really necessary at the height

I think u r having a misconception here… hard core refers to the mode where when u die u lose your character..

It's not hard...proven by people doing the hardest content without dying. But anything can happen

@2spliffs41lifetime I thought these were hard-core videos? Never played on the server, so I'm guessing it's 100% normal classic, except when you die you are dead for good? I meant I don't remember dieing this often back in original classic, but I usually played hunter and never raided.

@@gremlin2550 I mean these are death compilations probably people don't die that much more often than they did back then. But it's not "100% normal classic", blizz did tweak the servers adding things like layering and hyperspawning which means accepting a group invite can instakill you and just going in any cave or enclosed space can kill you by spawning 3 mobs on top of you 2 seconds after you kill them.

@@gremlin2550 so you played the class with a built in tank pet, can kite from lvl 0, and has a built in oh shit button.... okay interesting.... a lot of these videos are random chance or bad players. normally some of them would have learned the game and died a few times in normal, but for CONTENT and some weird edginess, they are "takin on the world!" in hardcore. notice how there arent many vids of people safely doing everything correctly? cause these are complinations of NOT THOSE PEOPLE.
