In training he writes off all Conor’s short comings. No cardio - oh he’s fast twitch. Conor isn’t explosive when he needs to be - oh he’s waiting for openings. Conor is tired and stops being defensive - Conor has a chin and great head movement.

People need to realize that every individual needs to hear different things and articulated in different ways. It is the task of the coach to understund what his fighter needs. In this specific case, I would find it really strange if the coach, who is her life partner btw, did not understand his fighter. The probability of him understanding Aspen compared to a UFC casual knowing her is so much higher, so why are everybody arguing. Leave him alone
