Agreed. Rob is an amazing martial artists, he trained with my father a few times when his team would travel up for fights in his Amateur days, always been a sponge. but i think EVERY fighter should get better with each fights, not all do sadly. Rob has always been great with fight IQ from day 1 which not every fighter can grasp.
How can you not love Bobby Knuckles. One of the nicest guys around, but also one of the toughest guys on the roster who always comes to fight. I love that guy.
@Austin Ivey double take - look twice. His twin Richard - the presenter accidentally says Richard instead of Robert which confused him. It's like if you are at a work conference with people from other workplaces and the confident regional manager who you think is talking to you, calls you a different name in front of everybody, and you aren't sure how to react. Lmao.
That always boggled my mind the only guy thats really countered it and caught him was izzy, like compare tyron woodleys rush to whitaker, such a difference
@@spacecadet8843Scott Steiner’s from taking a a legit kick to the throw that torn his trachea during a match and they to open his chest to fix the damage.
These best moments videos are great! Not just the memories from the show but the nostalgia of remembering where I was when it aired and who I was watching it with. Also the life events happening at the time and where I was at with my martial arts training compared to now. Thank you ❤
I loved this! Really well put together! Also liked the ending, how Dana just loves both Robert and Kelvin. "look at those legs" "you can run for a big boy", "stud", "great teamwork guys, you guys are awesome!"
No way, Rob at welterweight would’ve been a disaster. He would have to cut probably 30-35 pounds to make 170 which would greatly affect his chin, and it’s already questionable at middleweight (his only weakness)
The most impressive thing Whittaker did in this series was grow an inch in between his second and third fight!!! He also managed to lose nearly an inch and a half of that pesky reach!
Man he was so witty in the house! 😂 …wish I’d seen this one in its entirety. ….As I don’t know all that much about him. Other than the fact he’s a great entertaining fighter!
I was able to train with Professor Alex Prates, Rob's Jiu Jitsu and (I believe) head coach. God damn there's some knowledge in his gym, let alone the knowledge Whittaker already had Edit: Why the fck isn't this available on UFC fight pass???
7:05 best moment. I remember watching this thinking the brit is so aggressive and bullying he was talking shit before fight to but got slept by Robert.
Aussies like Whittaker are how Americans used to be before the country went soft. Only met 20 or so through the military, and they give me hope that at least the whole world hasn't gone limp.
@@randomdude4669 I believe it. I just know of all the different people I’ve met over the last 15 years…Aussies have a much higher chance of being cools as fuck and not giving a single shit about what people think. Purely my experience only, but it’s consistent.
Awesome coming back to this. Bobby Knuckles aka The Reaper, if I ever meet you which probs won’t happen, still I’d shout you all the beers or finest scotch that night haha 😅 legend
Easily intelligent enough to bully folks with it but so secure in himself that he never does. Just a big kid who's impossible to dislike. Wish my old man and his personality disorder had left me enough self esteem to be likable..
