Every time I see your videos, I start to cry. Every word you say resonates with me so deeply. My life has never been easy, still isn't. Regardless, I have learned to embrace all experiences, whether they are good or bad. It has made me the person that I am today that is why I treasure them so much. I have many dreams, but my main focus for this year is to start traveling abroad long-term. This will also be my first time abroad! I also am going to start a RU-vid channel to inspire people and start selling my art. For years I shut down the creative part of myself because I thought it wasn't for me and that it was a waste of my time. The past few months I have opened that part of myself again and it has been magical✨I wish everyone the best on their journeys 🥰

Soooo, I felt like this was God Sent.... in 2020 I’ve want to achieve my dreams, I want to be something, I want to create, I want to fulfill my heart, I want to replenish my passion. I’m working at this job, it’s about to be my 11 month at this job but it has been so toxic. To my mind, my spirit, my physical self. It doesn’t allow me to be what i am capable of. I want to quit so bad, but what’s holding me back is my Mom. She works there too. She’s not doing very well physically. If I leave I feel I’ve let her down, I feel a sense of guilt. I want to be there for her. I also want to chase after my dreams. I love my mom, but I hate this job. It’s caused me so much pain and negativity to my life. I don’t know what to do, this video though helped me to realize to quit this job.... I’m still lost.

omg I was just listening to a guided meditation about visualizing my dreams and then I go into RU-vid and I see that you’ve uploaded this video!!!! Thank you, Jas! Your videos have been helping my healing a lot ❤️ One of my passions has always been writing, when was 5 years old I joined a class were we would write stories, poems, etc and I developed that ability. I think it is one of my gifts. However, at 9 I stopped writing and for some years that part of me was kind of “asleep” so now (I’m 15) I decided to write again and let my creativity flow! Also I love learning and teaching languages but I’m too young to work in my country (15) so I’ll just wait a little bit lol!! But I’m taking English exams (My mother language is Spanish) in order to have the qualifications needed to be a teacher, I have good qualifications but I want more because learning languages is one of my gifts, too, so I would like to take advantage of that. However, my biggest dream is to become a doctor to help other’s lives. I’m studying but I’m still in Highschool 😊 Well, I wrote a very long comment but I’ll just leave it like this haha. Your video is like a slapped in the face for me. I've been feeling down from the end of 2019 until now. I've always tried and tried and tried to wake up & step out of my comfort zone & "afraid" zone. These past months in my life is full of negativity. I've been struggling to get a job after graduation and from December till now I haven't applied to a single company yet cause I'm scared in the end it'll be another rejection but after heard your video. One of my dreams is to get my doctorate degree and become someone who changes education, specifically college education, but also makes it better. Too much of US college education is textbook material. I had a few teachers that were more hands-on, and I'm grateful to them. Therefore, I know it's possible and I know I can make it better. A dream I have for this year though is to complete 1 new activity, a month, alone. I haven't gone out on my own in so long, and the last time I did it I LOVED IT. I was so invigorated and inspired. I used to go out of my comfort zone often, but then daily life crept up and routine mixed in. It's been a struggle to push myself out there again, but I know once I get it rolling it'll all fall together.

Jasmine, your video made me cry right now. Thank you so much for saying these things, because what you said, is something I have been told before in other words but needed to be reminded again. Ever since 2018, I started having anxiety and some mental health issues. I never had any mental health problems before this, in fact, I had a better concentration than others and was able to enjoy and be in the present to an amazing level. But then things started to go downhill, and it got to the point where I could no longer enjoy life because of how bad my mental state was. I was so consumed in my own mind that even my parents and a few of a friends would ask me if I was okay because they said my stare looked out of it. When it first started, no one, including myself knew why this was happening. But later on, through therapy (With a professional) and also my mother (Using her mother's intuition), it was found out the reason why all of a sudden my mind was being this way was because there were things that I have not healed and was kept hidden for a long time and they were coming up through my mental state. After some deep conversations and also mediation, I was able to identify certain things that my head constantly would bring up and they all came from deep and painful places within me. Currently, I am working on going through the process of healing, psychologically and spiritually, but sometimes, I get upset because even tho I am wayyy better than I was before, I just wish I could be there already 100%. I know i should not get impatient but it makes me upset when I am not in the right mental state to enjoy certain things. But your video, really encouraged me to keep going day by day, that every little progress is one step forward, and that there's a reason why things happen and there are lessons that come with it. You are such an amazing person Jasmine, thank you for sharing what you know/feel with us! I hope you have a lovely day
