Back braces can be beneficial but a strong core is also important. Here are a few core exercises for back pain you may want to watch ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-A533H16FNNA.html
That's weird. My back would not straighten out, standing or sitting, so I put on my back brace for Bible study, then after, looked at RU-vid and you guys post this video. My brace is better than all of those, but dirty from being on shelf for 11 years.
Hello bob and brad im working as a home health aide and i keep lifting my patient even if i do body mechanics i have difficulty now in lifting the person as she have trouble in walking and getting up due to her arthritis in her leg so daily it becomes for me to lift her and starting to feel pain in my full back and whole body. I started wearing back brace Do i need to wear back brace 24/7 or just only during my time when im on duty and lifting my patient
Periodically, I use a back brace to correct my slouch, which causes lower back and abdominal PAIN. My brace has shoulder straps to ensure my shoulders and back are in alignment and is much wider around my midsection. I only wear for a few hours per day and only a couple days until the pain is relieved. THANK YOU!!!
I've been wearing back braces for 40 years due to a broken back and spinal stenosis due to a parachute accident in the Army. You guys didn't even scratch the surface of braces.
@@blackhole4 I hate the name, but KING OF KINGS BACK BRACE is a short corset brace and does a good job under clothes. It sets up on the muscles along the spine, leaving a hollow for your spine. Takes a lot of pressure off your spine, but it rides across my hip flexors at times and I get very tired walking pretty quick at times, weather depending. Could be weather, brace or I'm just getting old (60). Hope it helps.
Hey R Butler. I also have spinal stenosis that I feel is a result of some jump injuries due to high winds. I never went for treatment while serving but I’ve been to the VA clinic multiple times since I reached 55 (now 61). I’m considering a VA claim but am also very interested in getting a good brace. I was at Bragg from 1981-84.
I have a cheap brace, (as seen on TV). I looped about old ace bandage around it. Use it to wear my ice pack . For those times when you just can't lay down. The bandage keeps the ice pack from falling out.
I am a merchandiser who lift heavy juices and water and all along i thought i was lifting those items off the ground the right way but nope so thank you so very much for showing me the correct way to lift heavy load (really appreciate it)
Thanks for this video.! I have a few back supports/braces, and all are adjustable. Because my issues are with my lower back, I might try the one that cinches like a corset.
I use one like the first one with the shoulder straps when I am on the garden tractor. Rural area with lots of bumps in the yard. I sometimes get off the tractor feeling better than when I got on.
If you have a physical job and your getting back pain without it you should use it. No good someone sitting in a office all day saying no you shouldn't use it.
Thank you so much for this video... so glad you both are continuing to make videos... still praying for Bob... hang in there Yahweh is in control... love you all!
Great info! What are your thoughts on wearing waist trainers during cardio & strength training exercises? Also, do you plant o do an updated knee braces video (the other one is 5 years old and maybe you have new info / recommends)? Thank you guys!!! I love this channel - you've helped me so much!
The last one is this one: BraceAbility Lower Back & Spine Pain Brace: amzn.to/3VgDAvi It looks a little different because ours is an older model but it's the same kind as this one, it has the pulleys and is exactly the same except it looks a little different.
How about for walking? I not lifting . . . But I want to be able to take dog for nice long walks. How much do these cost??? As that is my problem. Not boring!! Nice n quick!;
I think they mentioned if you buy one, tighten it up, and lower it a bit, it may allow you to walk longer. I don’t know if you’ll be able to walk long distances but it may allow you to take your dog for a longer walk.
Here is a link to the posture corrector that we would recommend: amzn.to/3rMbYRe Keep in mind, exercises are important in correcting posture as well so don't forget to do those!

Hi Guys, Please let me know the "BRAND NAME" and where to ORDER the last brace you sampled. The one at 5:35 in the video...the one with the "String & Pulley System" at the back. I tried all the links you posted and I did not find it! I would love to purchase this type of brace. Thank you!

Hello team. Thanks for your work A new back brace "Lumbowrap" plus size is on the market. I"m wondering if you have any experience with these. Thank you.l
Which one is the last brace? I clicked on the one that it says that it's the last one but it looks different. I've had 4 vertebrae fractured many years ago but now I work in the materials dept at GM. One things is that what I drive around is really rough as it crosses joints and imperfections in the concrete plus moving a high amount of stock around is hard on the back. I would like something I could wear that will help with that roughness of the ride and support for my back. Which one of these is most recommended for that?
good video, but y'all contradicted yourselves a bit. early on in the video you said people use back braces and they can become over confident and end up lifting more weight than they normally would which is wrong to do; however, later in the video you said that specific brace lets your ride your lawn mower for longer. isn't that the same concept? the back brace is making you over confident to over exert yourself?
