No it’s not. If you listened to what he actually said then you’d realise that he said ‘at one stage in their career, not at their peak.’ Obviously, Kaka is levels above Grealish, but Grealish is better than Kaká was when he played for Orlando City.
He literally stated at the start of the video that he’s talking about Ballon D’or winners ‘at one point in their career after their peak.’ Obviously Kaka and Matthaus, are much better than Grealish and Rice, but at the end of there careers, let’s say their last season as a professional, since it’s at ‘one point their career,’ Grealish and Rice are better than Kaka and Matthaus in their final season of playing professional football.
@@kianshayegan2947 To be fair, it would be utter nonsense if they were in their prime, because prime versions would get into all these teams. Even good ones, like Liverpool.
Irish Guy, do a video about: 1)Every good players from the premier league clubs who has bad statistcs on their career 2) Every premier league club player who has a one season wonder
@@heinzdoofenshmirtz8643 2009, 2011 because of barcelona's brilliance, 2017 final(Real Madrid destroyed the best defence in whole of europe), 2005 final, 2013 final(The level of football was unbelievable), 2015 final(Brilliance of MSN), 2002 final(Mainly due to zidane's brilliance and leverkusen losing another trophy). I think these were the best ucl final since 2000
@Chelsea treble winners 2022 Maybe for chelsea fans, coz ultimately they won it, but bayern battered chelsea, 35 shots to 9 shots, 7 on target to 3 on target, but ultimately drogba dragged chelsea to the prize
1. Man united 2. Liverpool 3. Chelsea 4. Arsenal 5. Everton 6. Manchester City 7. Spurs 8. Aston villa 9. Newcastle 10.. Wolves 11. West ham 12. Burnley 13. Sheff united 14. Burnley 15. Norwich 16. Southampton 17. Leicester 18. Crystal palace 19. Brighton 20. Bournemouth
@@ybone8709 hence why he said premier league midfield Real Madrid have a far far better midfield than any premier league team apart from maybe city He'd walk into every other team easily
Thinking about, if u had included messi, which time could u even say he couldn’t get into any of these teams. Maybe his first season he wouldn’t get into some of the top 6 but he would start for every other team
It's actually a bit mad how many of these aren't even true anymore, just 1 year later. Just the idea itself of George Best playing for Newcastle would have a place in the starting 11
3:34 Well, Tyson somewhat recently released a video showing that he was training again. And well, he may be old but still looks dangerous and would probably murder me in a single punch
Lothar Matthäus won German footballer of the year in 99 and went to America for one season where he kept up the level he played at... Rice wouldn't have a chance.
At Orlando Kaka could still provide moments of magic. If wasn't often but certain games you could see how far ahead of everyone else he was. He'd get in the Villa team easily.
To be fair if villa were in a relegation battle I doubt the manager would risk their PL status by playing a washed up MLS guy regardless of how great he was at his peak when you have better and fitter options
You know what I asked myself why is there no Messi inclusion but when I started thinking about it there has been no Messi at any stage that was not legendary (I am no Messi fanboy btw) and that realization in itself just made me realize and truly appreciate how out of this world talented this guy is
I’m pretty sure you could’ve said a 17 year old Messi wouldn’t really get into most premier league teams just because his physique would be laughed by most premier league teams
Pre-2008 Messi wouldn’t get into some of these teams. But it would’ve been solely because he was still a rookie. It just wouldn’t of been as interesting/funny as the other choices reasons.
the only messi that doesnt get into a prem team, is ciro messi lol even the ronaldo one is slightly harsh, but players like that need the right manager to help them develop of the current crop non could develop him into what he is today
Gullit at Chelsea in 96 doesn't get past Moutinho and Neves at Wolves - Would be a great option from the bench though :) Then again, knowing Nuno he'd probably play him as a Centre Back just like Saiss and Dendoncker!
I agree with most but Alfredo Dí Stéfano would start for Spurs; in that season at Espanyol, he played slightly deeper and would’ve played somewhere in the midfield for Spurs as he was very complete and one of the best players throughout his career.
Irish guy, maybe do a video about the Ballon d'Or winner that your club would need the most, to like improve the team the most, so like Cannavaro to Liverpool to pair with Van Dijk or Lev Yashin to Chelsea to replace Kepa.
