@@bgdg323 veneer mills wrong buy that super dry standing dead wood. Derp. It's too dry and won't peel well. Buy a used one. Go around multiple shops and ask. Prices might be a bit higher now, but there should be availability - maybe not the if you're looking for 1 specific bike, but if you're just looking for a kid mountain bike you will easily find one if you actually actively look for it

Flux core is in my opinion harder to weld than regular mig welding with gas. I'd recommend doing practice runs and getting to know what the puddle should look like and be sure to use that chart that is on your machine for proper settings. After gaining experience you can customize settings based on feel. It takes lots of practice to get good at welding. I was lucky to have a good teacher who let me practice a whole lot and that helped me improve. Take your time and pay attention to how your welds look. Good luck Seth!

01:35 Watching that angle grinder without a guard makes me uneasy. I once attended an address where a guy used a grinder without the guard that kicked back and tore through his throat nearly decapitating him. Needless to say he didn’t make it and his loved ones were left to clear up pints of blood sprayed throughout his workshop. Not trying to put a downer on the great video, I just don’t want you or the guys getting seriously hurt.

Everyone has a story yet no one really knows the person. Safety stuff was invented for those who are just too stupid to be safe. If you take care when working with tools/machines you should never have a problem. Only stupid people get hurt when they are careless. Also these events/stories are so super rare that you will never encounter them in your life.
@Peterkr10
@Peterkr10 2 года назад
@@kameljoe21 safety stuff is invented for situations outside of the control of the operator. An angle grinder can kick back quite easily or if a disc shatters the guard can deflect it. It’s like saying you can drive without seatbelts. You can be the safest driver in the world but you can’t control every external factor.
