I got body dysmorphia and i just wanna say that watching your videos help a lot! You are so inspiring 💗💗

You're absolutely beautiful, I promise, and EVERYONE knows it whether they accept it or not! So, just because YOU can't see how good you look doesn't mean nobody else can :)

Thanks a lot, clara. I've heard people telling I'm fat and should eat less. I have always feared to wear shorts because of my thighs, but now you have given me confidence to wear shorts and not fear about my low belly,body hair. I feel good to wear shorts. I wear I at home. My mom also encouraged me to wear shorts and told me that I'm not fat and am born beautiful. All the body sizes are beautiful.They all matter :) Never feel afraid to be who you want,just remember that you're not alone and there are many people out there just like you. Thanks a lot, Clara! i'm in recovery from an binge ed so i have body dysmorphia where all i can see sometimes is how fat i am i work out about 4 days a week and eat fairly healthy and i just got over being sick (i don't eat a lot when i'm sick) so i've been hungry a lot and had cried when i had just at lunch and was still hungry cause i was worried that was going trigger a binge and your content makes me feel so much better about my self

I'm pretty sure one of my rlly good school friend has body dysmorphia because my whole friend group and I had to try and convince her that she looked fine and that her body is beautiful the way it is. She completely ignored all 7 of us and she said she's gonna get a corset to have an hour glass body. We all said we are burning that corset when she gets it bc she left already has a damn hour glass body, she just ignored it and looks at the negatives only.
