Hey Laura distance wise not very long probably 35km or so but I was out side enjoying it four 4 5 hrs. Are you planning a visit ? It's an amazing location.

You shouldn't need any pointers at Bike Glendhu as theres only one way track up to the top of eagle nest but many ways down all leading back to the cafe/exit. Sounds like a wacked trip you have planned. Glad to hear the videos have helped plan your trip. G
