denentia and alzheimers are both incurable. my wife died of Dementia 3.4 yrs ago and required direct care every day of her life for her last 6 years (24x7) by me . her condition was largely genetic since her mom died of Parkinsons and 3 or her aunts died of Alzheimers in Wisconin. one of whom (dorothy Swenson ) had been a teacher for 31 years in Park Ridge Illinois .
I’m no Dr, but from what I’ve read, they say coconut oil/mct and low carb diets (get into ketosis). If it’s late stage dementia, I’m not sure if it’s reversible. God bless

Suduko and other memory games and training have been proven not to improve memory. You may get really good at Sudoko.But it does not help your memory for other parts of your life. This is little more than a pitch for their practice.
