What can happen when the Atlas is out of place 

Atlas orthogonal work is so incredibly gentle and effective compared to manual manipulations for many patients. Thankful for this.

I was diagnosed with fibro 30 years ago. I am 78. Mention it to gp now and they glaze over. I am beginning to wonder if there are very few true hypochondriacs, just people who never get a true diagnosis. Wish I lived near your practise.🇬🇧

I was in agony for 2 years after a bad painful chiro adjustment. No relief with massage, Physio, IMS, constant headache, only a few degrees of ROM. An acupuncturist that practices alignment acupuncture fixed me in 1 treatment. I had a complete proprioceptive experience after her treatment. I am a RMT and CST.

I saw a chiropractor who was a Gonstead specialist. The first thing he adjusted on me was the Atlas. The next day I nearly passed out in a Walmart. Since then, I have had tremendous head pressure that moves around my skull that doesn't go away. My head feels like it weighs 50 lbs. sometimes. This affects my sleep, my train of thought, speech, memory with awful brain fog. I saw a chiropractor out in California who did tremendous work but I live in another part of the country and nobody does what he does. 7 years now, no relief.

When I have it done I feel great I get a warm feeling and the pain is gone.

For me after adjusting the Atlas you can actually feel the better flow of everything moving out through the cerebral not sure how to explain it but my nose started dripping a bit even my ears felt like they were opening up. Felt great after.

I have this, pressure in head high blood pressure ,terrible digestive issues ,balance problems ,pain from ear to heart area, fluid squirting in my upper neck , deleriousness ,ear pain you name it. Some one said my c1 could be out of line as my right ear there's a lump under it like bone end but not on my left. Constantly trying to crack my neck, it started when i healed hard running down a hill, started with stabbing behind my eyes every time i landed on my stride. Horrendous not sure what to do here ive had mri scans but hospital just said i have wear between 5/6 vertibrea but i know its under my skull its ruined me

After 3rd CM decompression & neck surgery (successfully years ago) i have very limited Proprioception and am in a 👩🏼‍🦽 But they removed some of C1 & C2. Any chance for some return of proprioceptive function?

To tell the true, this part, is important part human body, it support the brains stem that keep all system health, from breath to heat beat and nervous system. In the energetic level, it is the fount of well being of all cells. Most the desease start with disfunction of stem brain, that is the base of the human existence. I desperately need my atlas adjusted. I can feel the pressure there and have headaches, ringing in my right ear and it affects my vision. But my doctor just wants me to take medicine. And I can’t afford a chiropractor. When I could go regularly to a chiropractor I felt amazing.

All I know is you feel like Milton the Monstor-man like you can’t think straight. Hard to concentrate, emotional upheaval it’s so crazy. Then tears streaming with relief after an adjustment correcting subluxation following a car accident. I don’t let it get to that point of having intractable headache

I started getting atlas adjustments in San Diego last year. I've had chronic fatigue for a few years now. It's to the point where I'm unable to work and support myself. Unfortunately my adjustments were never able to hold and it cost me 1000 dollars that I had to borrow just to do it and now I don't know what to do.

Can Tmj issue be caused by atlas misalignment? I had tests for tmj, but everything came normal. No joint issues at all. But lots of restriction of my jaw movement. Can’t open my mouth smoothly. It feels like something at the occipital area blocking it from opening. I also have lots of pressure headaches on top, back, and both sides of my head along with brain fog, neck and back tightness and aches. Hoping to hear from you.

My head naturally tilts chin down apparently because of my Atlas. As I watch something or watch TV my head faces down and I look forward as if I’m looking up.

Jeebus, 6 months now I have had cervicogenic headaches from a C6 herniation. My brain fluid is blocked and I need that flushing like McMahon felt.

Thank you for this lovely video. I 'm wondering. I have severely clogged up ears. Lots of pressure and pain. I also have horrible neck and shoulder pain... My ENT said that TMJ is doing this. What about when a back has 76 degree kyphosis with a mid back to upper back lateral shift to the left of 15 degrees and that CAUSES my neck problems and CAUSES my neck to have a really steep T1 C7 slope more than most kyphosis and that in turn causes my neck to be forward of course but the WORST part of it is how my C1 thru C7 is translated forward 30 MM!! THAT is the worst TYPE of forward head posture due to the slope of C7 T1 and my chiro said its not even a true forward head posture but it still is forward head tho.. ITS WAY WORSE THAN TECH NECK and neck cannot be fixed till i can fix my back of which I've tried everything for! BECAUSE of my lateral shift of my back to the left, my NECK follows suit and the bottom of my neck is shoved close to my left shoulder compressing things on that side of shoulder and neck and on the right side its stretched away from it! And because my lower neck is shoved over to my left shoulder, it pulls my neck sideways AND the anterior translation of C1 thru C7 pulls my neck hard forward. So my neck is being pulled hard forward AND to the side with kind of a TWISTING of my neck and thats due to my raises ribs in my throracic which greatly affect my 1st rib also! NOT only that, but the forward and sideways pulled neck pulls really hard on my cranial membranes, and keeps constant tension on my Vagus nerve, my neck joints also get locked up in no time, and for those no damn gentle adjustment ever worked nor did that Hogwash NUCCA ever work since joints were so terribly locked up that it needed an occipital lift to even unlock my neck.. I call it hogwash because all these doctors i went to never had the right treatments for me or directed me, they just thought oh my treatments will help him WHEN THEY ABSOLUTELY DID NOT DO A DAMN THING!! My forward and sideways pulled neck and the vagus nerve tension affects my cognitive functioning really bad, causes headaches, terrible head neck and shoulder tension, brain fog and my structural abnormalities are just terribly debilitating for me. My neck is affected the worst from my back even tho back is the cause and doctors only wanted to ever xray my neck without thinking to do a damn full spine xray!! 😡😡😡 INCOMPETENT doctors, and learning all this about my body due to a CBP chiropractor that finally measured my spinal angles and it was the most detailed report ive ever had.. i dont know why other doctors dont measure the angles of every part of the spine? Or they only focus on one area when everything affects everything therefore they should be checking everything and NOT just the areas with pain!! It makes me so dang mad how dumb doctors are and yet they get mad when i try and direct my own treatment or tell them how to do the job, its my body so i know exactly how i need to be worked on from a therapist, they dont!! Their schooling doesn't teach them the unique things of my body, it was obvious because they missed and neglected things on me.. i had to name off each joint that i wanted adjusted! And likely my spine cant be fixed because its at least half way structural but i at least work on mobility tho with a foam roller which at least helps a bit.. AND YES MY occipital, C1 AND C2 were always affected the worst.. my occipital alignment got fixed from a tool called the arthrostim so i didnt need the adjustment anymore, it fixed that root of the problem but it made it so my vagus nerve can get pulled more easily due to the really tight junction under the jugular foramen and its been injured for months now and im trying to heal it with ultrasound.. It all started when i was born had some birth trauma to my neck joints i guess so things grew weird and then my hunched posture at a school desk caused the kyphoscoliosis, steep C7 T1 angle and curled forward neck! C1 thru c7 30 MM FORWARD!! My posture grew like that thru adolescence and FROZE like that.. If i wouldn't have hunched over at a school desk and just slouched instead then my C1 Thru C7 wouldn't have the translation and my C7 T1 wouldnt have the steep slope, i would only have a LESS SEVERE form which would just be bad kyphosis and Not this additional abnormality!! And if i didn't get messed up at birth or falling backwards off a high railing didnt help either misaligning bones and them locking up even worse from birth.. if it was just a regular kyphosis without the c1 thru c7 translation and the C7 T1 sloping then it would be a WAY EASIER condition not affecting my vagus nerve OR brain function!! Because of the hard pulling on my neck up thru my head into the outer covering of my brain and the jugular veins not able to have good flow like someone with good posture! Nor CSF flow! Im pretty damn smart to know about my body like this and it was no help from the doctors except for the one chiro.. and not even going to school i still researched and learned about my own body and why things are the way they are. I understand spinal biomechanics well! I wish I didn't have these debilitating issues.. Surgery could be an option but im afraid with all the angles of misalignments and NOT just Being kyphosis, im afraid it would.make things worse so I just keep trying conservative measures.. The worse my neck locks up the worse my head feels and the nerve ligament tension, myofascial pain etc.. I seen on xray examples that the surgeon will fix the kyphosis But leave the neck in a horrific angle and position still? I wonder if surgeons do every angle of everywhere in fixing!??? Please give a full detailed reply if you may have learned anything or if its UNHEARD OF WHAT IM EXPLAINING?? Is the Blair Upper Cervical technique as effective as Atlas Orthogonal?

I had a venogram and it showed my jugular vein has very high pressure. He said it’s like it’s being strangled. So I’m on a blood thinner now, hoping that resolves the issue. Any thoughts? I deal with constant balance issues and much more.
