Caitlin Clark: Wonder Woman of Basketball. The veterans need to stop acting like a bunch of thugs beating down on a young upstart horning in on their territory! Talent needs no show of force. The NFL doesn't tolerate this kind of disregard for fair play and safety and neither should the WNBA. The refs want to penalize Clark with a foul for disrespecting the game but not the players brutalizing her on the court. Bit of a double standard if you ask me!

Where were those "women" that Terasi threatened were going to take CC to school. Remember the first Fever vs Phoenix game - Terasi was supposed to guard CC. What did Terasi do - she hid from CC. And CC and the Fever convincingly beat Phoenix and Terasi. And I hope after the second beating of Phoenix - the "women" should stop the trash talk and fouls - and show some respect. And every time they get to fly private, CC is the reason - with her exciting game and filling stadiums that makes that possible. CC is a gift to basketball fans - but she is also a gift to the WNBA's relevance. Let her cook - and respect her.

CC is deserving of the Rookie of the Year 2024. Sad to say but her haters will turn up the heat if she is awarded league MVP. Is she that good, yes! Is she changing the quality of play to a higher level, Yes! Is she changing the skill level of womens basketball, Yes! Are her teammates improving their games, Yes! Is CC bringing in more viewers to women's professional basketball and bringing in more sponsorships dollars, Yes! All those new people in the seats are praying and cheering for CC and for the better of the WNBA. Ladies, when the season is over, go and improve your game. There is a higher level of play now. And if you don't improve your game then you will be run over by the new breed of players.

It honestly feels like they are setting up the wnba the way the nba started to get hot. Magic vs bird rivalry also portrayed as black vs white. Larry was referred to as the great white hope a name he despised... Magic and Larry were good friends, respected each other and yes, the media tried to drive the controversy back then too. The color thing is less of a white / black thing than it is a green thing. When I was a kid playing Pee Wee football ... I wore No. 19 on my helmet, and my Jersey was Johnny Unitas. My teammates of color identified with black players. When Larry Bird arrived, the hope was green, that he would put asses in seats and sell "merch" ...Larry never went in for endorsements

Taurasi, used to be a fabulous player. Loved watching her, Sue Bird and several others from the UCONN team. But that was many years ago. She's not a young woman. Caitlin's time is here, let her enjoy it and run with it. Just like many others have. She probably grew up watching the UCONN women's team win championships.

Tarausi ain't ever been anything but a good player getting a lot of friendliness from the officials. AT UConn and right from the start in the WNBA! Caitlin is a great player anddoesn't need all that help from the officials. Tarau couldn't carry Caitlin's jockey strap!! Diana with her skid marked boxers.

I've been saying it all year. She's taken one of the worst teams in the league and made it one of the best. And you can see her affect on her team mates play. Caitlin Clark is without a doubt both the ROY and MVP of the league.

I watched this girl in college and now in the WNBA. She is damn good. Not just a great shooter, passer, ball handler. It's her vision and her mind. She sees the floor maybe better than any female who has played basketball. She does things that remind me of Magic and Bird. I agree with the comments below saying other players in the WNBA are acting like brats. Sorry, but she's better than you -- and she's only a rookie. (Aja Wilson is pretty fantastic too.). I just hope CC doesn't get hurt by some jealous brat.
