Especially when the WNBA makes her first 15 or so games a nightmare run of many of the top teams and back-to-back's etc. so she never gets the chance to rest a bit or build chemistry with her teammates. Clark is the most naturally talented athlete we've seen in a while. It's not her physical attributes. Look at her: she has the body of a stewardess, not a pro athlete. It's talent, pure and simple. You can't learn it, you're born with it. Maybe 1 in a million have it at this level.

One of the funniest things people say is "this is going up against grown women" ...um, many women hit that growth by 7th and 8th grade. Certainly by their 11th grade year. Once a girl becomes a young woman and then graduates from college about 22 ish, the clock is starting to tick. There is some muscle that can be built if that's what you are about...but 22 year old women ARE grown women. This isn't boys we're talking about. Lawrence Taylor in high school wasn't LT at 27. LT at 22 was getting closer, but not quite. Just sayin'. It sounds ridiculous.

Among many other things, Clark has real quickness, real twitch. She's quicker than the other players, both with and without the ball, and this facilitates a lot of the other things that she is able to do.
