Keep stress levels low (whatever's causing stress, meditate on that and find solutions), get restful sleep, j/o 3-5 times a week (not to porn though), avoid a lot of sugary junk food and excessive alcohol, do kegals and get your money and body right so you have plenty of confidence. Just my opinion, but I think this should help immensely. Good luck guys.

My boyfriend struggles with premature ejaculation. The interesting part is it is less prevalent when we have sex often. I also believe he always had this issue. He also struggle to get hard and stay hard in the beginning of pur relationship. But as we know each other better many of the problems disappeared. I think it has a lot to do with fear and anxiety. I think it helps when they feels safe and accepted it gets better.

there a thing that doc explain about what make PE happen,in case you didnt notice it,its actually because of oversensitivity that woman think they hot but actually its just that person genetic to have that kind of disadvantage,thats mean they actually feel the same as the one that is normal when it about to ejaculate but their sensitivity is higher than normal one so when orgasm start to strike,it will make sensitivity double as well,so the diffrent is they feel pleasure that make man ejaculate way earlier than average man and even their orgasm is not at its peak yet then delayed ejaculation is the other side of the coin,because they feel nothing while doing that,and need to concentrate and use enough lubricant to avoid friction because they have less receptor,and the solution they do is to beat that meat as fast as they can to aplly enough pressure to their receptor even their orgasm at its peak,they feel nothing but pain in their pp,they need so much work to feel pleasure that PE feel with small work

You can take methylfolate. I don’t know if it causes this but it can manifest as congenital issues along the midline. So it seems feasible that this could be one affected area.

Mthfr is that you are not convert folic acid but you can take either folinic acid or methylfolate as supplement instead of folic. Chris Masterjohn says mthfr can simply mean you just need a lot more riboflavin like 400 mg to overcome it. Plus taking some tmg for extra methyl groups couldn't hurt.

I used Paxil in my 20's, and that worked. In fact, it worked too well. My GF told me to get a different drug for my depression. Today, I don't recommend taking SSRIs. They are a disaster, especially if you don't need them.

For anyone reading this now, none of that mind over matter stuff works imo. I'll share what works best for me, having ran into this problem later in life: 1: Use a delay spray or wipe. Use the 10min or so for it to soak in for foreplay, give her at least one orgasm before sex every time and she'll be highly appreciative. 2: In conjunction with the above, use a small amount of dapoxetine. Find the smallest amount that works well. If I had to choose one of the above it would be the delay spray every time. It doesn't numb away all sensation, it just gives you back amazing control while being able to offer your partner satisfaction too. Also there's a drug called tramadol which is a painkiller but increases serotonin in the brain. 50mg of that stuff makes me a sex god. Literally could go for 45min plus if needed. Hopefully this helps!

While I'm not entirely certain, in my memory there have been reported issues of Tramadol abuse in Egypt, and it is believed to be linked to an opioid crisis in Cameroon.

@@bgoodorhell4u It can be. The first time I ever used it, I had a 200mg tablet not realizing what it was... I was sicker than I've ever been in my life, I must have thrown up half a dozen times and was in a world of hurt. If using it to take advantage of the effects with respect to PE, start at 25mg. You may not need more.
