I'm visiting the US in April but I will be a long way from you or else I would drop by (probably in my trews because to transport a full kilt attire would take up my baggage allowance).
@@DisleyDavid Imagine going through the security screening with that. I used to work at Heathrow and went through to airside every day and often hit by the random checks and that was wearing special belts and taking off watches etc. Btw trip cancelled due to the covid-19.
I’m an attorney. I did a license agreement between Arnold Schwarzenegger and a manufacturer. It’s nice to be able to drop his name, but to me it was just another contract. It’s not like Arnie and I hung out together.
It's the Scruffy Wallace Police tartan. It's one I designed for oyr friend Scruffy Wallace... the old bagpiper for Dropkick Murphys who left the band and went into law enforcement.
IMHO, Making a kilt for a celebrity should be no more exciting than making one for any other customer. All of us, your customers are celebs when we're wearing our kilts.
I linked a screen grab from this video and one of the SW tartan in the K&C group to try and pester you into doing a run and someone pointed out that those are two different tartans. Can you help clear up my confusion? They’re both great but the one you’re wearing has gray and purple, and is the actual one I want, although the SW is on my list now too. What tartan is Rocky actually wearing in this video? The masses want to know 😀
In this video, I am wearing the Scruffy Wallace POLICE tartan that I designed for him to matching his uniform shirt and hat for him to pipe police functions.
Do people wear random tartans for kilts based on the color? I don't understand wearing a tartan that is not your family clan or an affiliation of some kind. I have always associated the kilt and tartan with a unique and personal identity versus a fashion choice. I wouldn't impersonate a police officer or claim to have a different surname, so I can't imagine choosing to wear a different clan or a Police Association kilt because of the cool colors. Thinking too much?
