A lot of people don't realize he is actually supposed to be preparing for his senior year of high school but reclassified during his junior year.

So different than the WNBA. These guys are given this young man props and building him up. The WNBA just craps on Caitlyn Clark.

Whoever has the #1 pick in the 2025 draft will really be hitting the lottery with this kid. He's gonna be one of the greats.

Maybe Lebron should adopt Cooper and play with him on the Lakers in one year.

I watched Montverde play this past year. What makes him stand out is he's good at both offense and defense. He can also dunk like it's nothing. Even if he doesn't end up going #1 in next years draft he'll be a good 2 way player for any team. For 6-8, 6-9 however tall he is he's pretty well rounded. He could really play any position.

There are probably still fans trying to call him overrated, when he just went toe-to-toe with the best in the NBA. And he almost beat them. It's true he still fell short, but a 17 year old isn't supposed to be able to do that.

The other day I click on the USA team scrimmage ,I was trying figure out who he was, his movements was legit, his shot selection was on point, he was not rushing...truthfully,I thought he was a player for the olympic team that I never saw. He should do two years of college and make his way to the league, he appears to be that good in my opinion .

You people are not going to believe this, but this is the only player I have ever witnessed that reminds me of Kobe. That is who he looks like, tight handles, great footwork, great post game, tenacious defender, and you can't deflate him by blocking one of his shots he just keeps coming, he's relentless. Not to mention, his basketball IQ. If Jordan ever gets a hold of this kid and brings him in at Brand Jordan on a shoe deal and mentors him like he did Kobe... this kid could be better than everyone in the league now and future draft picks. He's the #1 player in the nation just like Kobe and Jordan coming out of High School. Kobe was headed for Duke if he hadn't declared for the draft. Although, Coach K is retired what he built at Duke is now on automatic. You are looking at THE REAL White Mamba heading to Duke, one-and-done, Kid is tough mentally.
