Great video I met pia and Josh at the Wisconsin open last year and had her and Josh and other predator players sign a predator Roadline LE 10 they were so nice to talk to and Josh actually won that tournament in my home state so it was cool to see him win.
Pia! I knocked over your gold-Green break cue in Fulda by accident last year while you were in a match. You were pretty annoyed… understandable! It was pretty loud when it hit the concrete floor and also you were about to shoot. I am sorry! I got out of there pretty quick after mumbling that I was sorry. Glad to see you’re still using it 😅
Hey Karl.. Love these equipment videos. Cant get enough of them. Any chance you can recommend a travel bag that a cue case would fit in. Or maybe ask future players what bag they use to bring on airplane?
Yes, we spoke to David last week, we are hoping to shoot it at World Masters Pool end of the month. He was waiting on some new equipment to complete his bag 👊
My friend Mark Jarvis would think that's a lot of equipment, lol. And he's probably the best bank pool player (historically speaking) that I've ever met. Also, please keep doing these, they're extremely interesting and entertaining. You do a great job, but I'd love to see you playing again, you've still got the skill to be very competitive.
If memory serves, didn't you and Darren Appleton play a couple years ago as the UK 2 team and make it considerably further that the "#1" team? @@KarlBoyesPoolLife
I see Predator still hasn't fixed their design for their extensions. She has the same chip that I do. They need to do something about that. Makes it look so cheap.
I was so close to getting that throne series 3-4 Cue lol. But I couldn’t justify spending my mortgage on a cue when I’m just starting out playing 🤣. I needed up getting the p3 series and it’s sweet
Handle area of butt looks very thin. Small diameter. Maybe Karl can start discussing butt diameter. And FORWARD WEIGHT OR REAR WEIGHT CUESPER PLAYER USING
What is most powerful meaning on the 12.9 shaft ? So suppose we have a 20 oz 12.4 shaft vs a lighter 19 oz 12.9 shaft which one is more powerful and which one gives you more spin the lighter cue or thinner cue ?
