K&R always have to arrive in separate cars to family meetings in the event that Kody must fling his hair and make a dramatic exit with a flourish. That's difficult to do when one has to wait for M'Lady to grasp the need for haste, since she rarely "understands" things.

I almost spit my coffee laughing when you said “if the man were clever” 😂 baaahahahaaa! With Kody thinking Mykelti was trying to “gain favor” with Christine by going against him, that’s just the narcissist in him 🤷‍♀️ they always think in terms of “if you’re not 100% with me, you’re against me” at least Mykelti was able to watch what he said and addressed it. I’m glad she did that and defended Christine. Christine has never tried to turn those kids against Kody. He did a great job of that all by himself. As for her saying she has a “great” relationship with her father and Robyn, maybe SHE thinks she does. But, as we know both Robyn and Kody are narcissists and narcissists keep score. They also use ppl. So if they’re being nice to Mykelti it’s bc they want something 🤷‍♀️ especially after Kody expressed in the last one on one that she was being “loyal” to Christine, not him. And Robyn is just a user anyway. She only cares about herself. I’m glad Mykelti only spoke for herself and her own experiences with her grandfather. She didn’t downplay or invalidate Ben’s experiences, which I feel is very important, bc he had those experiences and has a right to his feelings about them. I believe he did suffer abuse on that ranch. I also think that Kody “gets” his rage from somewhere 🤷‍♀️ so it just makes sense to me. Ray Charles can see and Stevie doesn’t have to Wonder about Kody having “daddy issues” It’s been brought up on the show before in the earlier seasons. I cannot remember exactly which seasons but I remember watching it and thinking “oh yup, makes sense” bc that was back when I thought he was trying to be a good father. Which, Gwen, Paedon, and some of the other grown kids have now said that once the cameras were off, he was very different. Always angry and volatile. Yelled and “paddled” them. She may not have experienced it herself but she definitely saw it.

They’re so dumb, they make it so obvious; she’s right behind him driving her vehicle every time. And I think they just like showing how many fancy vehicles they have. They have really forgotten where they came from.

I know why. Robyn controls Kody's mouth. If he drives alone, it is gold footage. If he rides with her, he won't say it, or she'll stop him. So, I think producers make Kody ride alone. Mykelty in her Patreon said HE TOLD HER he was never in love/attracted with her mom. So it wasn't Christine. But yes Christine does involve her children a little bit. He'd cousin grew up with her grandpa they visited. Also once the family had the show money none of the kids wanted to go back to Wyoming for the summer because they also didn't like it. Before the show, Janelle's kids had to go for the summer to work for money.

I remember an episode where they discussed everyone wanting to take their own cars. I think it was when they all went to Big Bear? Anyway… I suspect that Kody refuses to ride in anything other than his sports car. Also I’m thinking he probably wouldn’t want to be a passenger in any wife’s car. He’s the man, he drives… and he doesn’t drive minivans!

10:15 mcHattie has had to straddle both sides of the family for a very long time. She was adult at 10 because Cody refused to put the kids to bed even though they were all in the same house while Christine was working evenings. So Mike Kelty had to take over. And then she robins nanny and didn’t go to school. How selfish do you have to be to take a child out of eighth grade for her to take care of your own children because you’re playing slapping tickle with their father in the bedroom.

The way Kody holds Sol and Ari’s hands at the ages they are at the time (especially Sol at least 10 years old). He’s got each one by the hand and it looks awkward. Especially considering where they are (no traffic or other moving vehicles in site, nor a road even nearby). He is just completely babyfying those kids. Ari still had (and may still have) a pacifier at age 5-6+. It’s not only ridiculous and damaging to their development, but we never saw anything close to Kody being overprotective to ANY of his first 13 kids. We only saw Kody as a complete HANDS OFF dad with his other children.

I love the format of these videos. Christine doesn’t have to turn her kids against Kody. Five out of six of those kids are grown. They have watched the shows and may have read the book. Bless his heart.

The one where he was the only one allowed to hug anyone goodbye (not Robyn’s kids), and he gave Christine a time limit to come out of the house because he had to leave in five minutes. I have watched Mykelti’s Patreon now for about a year. She has not said anything anything inflammatory. She has just said some very truthful things. He doesn’t like the truth, as we all know. You are either loyal to him and believe everything he says, and drink the Kool-Aid, or you’re on the outs.

Im not a Kody fan but Kristine is also pretty bad. she is always talking about Kody in front of the kids. She should not be talking about the romantic issues she had with their dad with them.
