It might be a good show but Les Ashley seth need to learn how to have respect for customers and employees and it might be a better show apart from that it's completely fucking disgusting and a degrace to utube
You be an employee in the Philippines, before you go in, bags are checked once you leave, bags are checked, if needed and if there is a situation like this, they should have informed their employees that they might need to do it
He informed them about that in a staff meeting when the rule where put in place that nobody besides Les, Seth, Byron, Jeff and Ashley where allowed near Jeff´s desk. And that was only shortly after their old chef of security was caught stealing. Trust was at the bottom. Every single one of these employes would do the same if they where the boss and their money where on the line.
Seth did make a mistake but the employees should of spoke to les instead of calling in sick if i was the boss i would fire all of them and hire and train new people
I understand Seths reasons for what he did but he did go too far just because Joe was a thief it doesn't mean they all are, as for Ashley she's bitching because Seths doing nothing to get the girls back when he's busy dealing with a line of customers, also the girls shouldn't have called in I get their upset but they still should've showed up, this shows how unprofessional they all are
Man, the drama (I don't mean the show, but the comments). I work in a major technology retail company, no one leaves the store without someone looking into their bags. They don't actually touch the bags, just take a look (sometimes I don't even think they look at all, just pretend to, for the cameras). I myself don't bring anything in so don't get checked but if I bring or buy something then I will get checked. What's the problem? Then again, I'm european, so the mentality might be different in some ways. Is this normal in 'murica?
Colleagues working works long term n respect the owner if they feel the owner cares abt them n have a kind approach towards them n treat them like a family member,there r some employees who might be bad but than everyone should not be treated as they would be the same sooner or later ...This buisness is highly profitable but than high profit comes with high risks as well so should be more alert,if employees steal one of the reason can be they r not getting paid adequately n specially they have a hint how much profitable this buisness is they might feel they r entitled to get paid more bec owners r earning money bec of them..Just my thoughts..Malice to none x
