I am turk and I can say that I can't live without breakfast. Working at the weekdays so I am having breakfast early. I usually eat egg, olive, cheese, tomato, pepper, greenry but at the weekends I make turkish traditional breakfast for exampla except I said things I eat fry, jam, pastry etc. I am keen on breakfast
I’m a German living in Japan. My breakfast is fruits with oats and soy milk. I also do intermittent fasting, so I usually have a late breakfast at around 10am and an early dinner at 6pm. Sometimes exceptions for social reasons. Works good for me.
@@EasyEnglishVideos No, not at all! Japanese people usually don’t eat oats. I like this kind of breakfast because of my German roots, I think. Traditional Japanese breakfast is rice, fish, miso soup and vegetables. But nowadays many of the younger people prefer to eat bread.
I am Turkish who live in Netherlands. As a Turkish one, i did not change my breakfast routine. So i eat tomatoes, cream cheese, salami, eggs and tea/coffee.
oh my lord, almost everyone eats waffles in breakfast, i lived in Guatemala in central America and i used to eat beans with sausage and eggs almost forget and oat juice
Hi there! I particularly liked today's episode about breakfast. Also, I want to add that the music you chose was incredibly pleasing to hear. Anyway, my favourite breakfast is the continental one: milk, or tea, a piece of bread (usually wholemeal bread), some fruit jam, butter and a glace of orange juice. This is what I usually have when I go abroad and stay in a hotel.
Thanks Gabriele! Thanks for your compliment... I made a comment already about the track title if you'd like to know. We're really enjoying using these types of intros with the drone and finding nice tracks to go alongside it.
Loved this episode! Seems, I'm quite English - in winter I love porridge and in summer I prefer Greek yoghurt with muesli and fruit. For special occasions we also love to have bacon and eggs with baked beans. :)) But on Sundays we have a typical German Sunday breakfast, which consists of bread rolls with butter and jam and a boiled egg (runny egg yolk of course). ;)
Love this topic so much! Makes me want to eat some pancakes or crepes 🤤. I'm a bit surprise that's the breakfast they all have in common (being brits). I prefer not to eat too many sugar buuut a few times I just can't resist. What I have for breakfast: papaya or orange juice, natural yougurt, boiled egg, oatmeal or quinoa/maca/kiwicha ( yep, super food from Peru) with cinnamon/ golden berries jam and some bread with melted cheese and ham.
I really like my coffee black with a German dark roll or several of the little ones with seeds and cream cheese or butter or jam (never combined though- no sweet and savory for me ever!). A Portuguese roll with butter will do too (that is what they call it in the States, i.e. USA). If I am being bad I like coffee and chocolate or cake or muffins or brownies. Anything sweet and chocolate! Very healthy and well balanced! 🙃
Oh a nice bowl of coffee black ir white depending on a mood with a slice of buttered bread with strawberry jam or marmelade On a spécial day tea and omelette and croissant or pain au chocolat with Nutella crêpes 😮
I’m from India and I usually have a lazy breakfast chocos cereal and milk. On special days or when I’m traveling, I’ll have a full continental breakfast like pancakes with honey, waffles, bread and eggs, bacon and sausages, cheese platter, chocolate croissants or I’ll have a full South Indian breakfast like dosa, idly, poori, idiyappam, puttu, appam with coconut milk, sambar and an assortment of chutneys. If I’m sick it’s plain old congee or Indian porridge. Damn my mouth’s salivating! 🤤
Wow, I want to try a South Indian breakfast… I have no idea what dosa, idly, poori, idiyappam, puttu or appam is??? Could you recommend me something I could maybe find or make in the UK?
@@EasyEnglishVideos I just googled for a South Indian restaurant in Brighton. You are in luck, turns out there’s one! It’s called VEL South Indian kitchen. Perhaps you can try it out there or you and Isi will have to make a trip to South India. 😀 Let me know your experience if you ever sample South Indian dishes.
@@EasyEnglishVideos There are many dishes that do not have onions. Isi should talk to the chef and explain her allergy. I’m sure the chef will come up with something for Isi. Hope you both will like South Indian dishes. Have a good weekend!
I’m from Russia and … Damn! for about 15 years (now I’m 30) i eat same breakfast each morning! It’s cottage cheese with some sour cream+nuts+some berries or fruits + honey and a cup of coffee ☕️ And yeah! I have tried real English breakfast 🍳 with beans bacon egg and toast (it was really beige), when I was in Ibiza, they serve it for 24 hours there, I ate it in my morning that was start at 2 p.m. Thank u for your video!!! It’s great like all videos you do!
I enjoyed the video, thanks. In Torreon, Mexico we love "gorditas (fatties)". Gorditas are small, thick flour tortillas filled with different stews, pork rinds is everyone's favorite!
I'm from Malaysia and I'm a Malaysian Chinese. For breakfast usually I will have cereal or bread. When comes with a typical Malaysian breakfast I will have a Chinese Steamed bun or kaya toasted with half-boiled eggs. For normal Malaysians, usually will have Nasi Lemak for breakfast or Roti Canai. Thanks for the video Mitch😉
I am from Libya and lived in Bournemouth and London for few years. looking at your channel cheers me up and almost becoming addiction because it brings lots of memories so thanks a million for sharing and all the work that you do. regarding breakfast i tend to have a miserable routine lately, as i will grab sth from nearest grocery store when i go to work normally, a piece of cake and juice but really after having watched this episode am looking to change that maybe will even try the intermittent fasting. Cheers :)
I used to have toast with butter, jam and cheese but lately im having toast, butter and sliced apple. Sounds weird but it tastes good and it has a nice crunch to it, which balances the dryness of the toast
I'm Italian, living in Italy; if I have to go to work early in the morning, at 7 o'clock, I don't have breakfast, I can wait until lunch time, after work, about 1:30 p.m. If I am at home I usually have a cup of oatmeal (as well😅) or muesli with soy drink or normal milk, or something salted like a sandwich with salami or raw ham. I don't drink coffee but, as I worked for many years in bars, I can say lots of Italians take for breakfast just an espresso (the real italian one), maybe with a croissant, or a cappuccino. My husband instead, who lived lots of years in Spain, takes a glass of fresh orange juice and something salted, like a sandwich or a piece of tortilla! Have you ever tried tortilla de patatas in Spain? It's wonderful😍 Personally I've never had a traditional English breakfast, even if I could when I lived in Tenerife, but that wasn't for me though😅🤣🤣🤣 Finally, as I live in Ligury, a region in North-West Italy, the original breakfast here is focaccia (a sort of flat bread, oily, lightly salted, crunch and soft at the same time) and cappuccino; in the area of Genoa, focaccia with onions😵😵😵🤣🤣🤣🤣
It all sounds nice and light on your side, so I don't blame you for turning your head at the idea of an English breakfast. I'm not sure if I (Mitch) had tortilla de patatas. But I know Isi is a big fan 😋
Hi there, I’m from Ukraine. The naughtiest breakfast I prefer is salted salmon with hard boiled egg, some tomato and toasts. It also can be avocado there, from time to time 🫡
I'm from the UK now live in France ,I like porridge in the winter with fruit, honey ,nuts and seeds. In the summer I like Greek yogurt with fruit, honey ,nuts and seeds ,I also like a dippy egg and soldiers ! For special a bacon butty or crepes with lemon and sugar or a full English rarely 😋
@@klimtkahlo *Childhood memories flooding back* medium boiled egg (so a runny yolk) and then buttered toast cut into finger width sizes (soldiers)... absolutely delicious 😋
