Indonesians eat this too for breakfast! We call the sprinkle as meises or ceres (famous meises brand). I usually eat this with milk and banana

Meisje means a girl in Dutch, and those chocolate sprinkles are called Hagelslag in the Netherlands, the word Meses probably came from the word Muisjes which means little mouse in Dutch because it looks like a small creatures poop, lol

A lot of Dutch people don't like to drink milk but drink buttermilk instead or eat yoghurt and cheese. There is a general understanding to eat or drink dairy to stay healthy.
