I'm no expert but, for one year in.The content, editing ,video quality & Billy's ability to teach on camera is impressive.I think he definitely found another talent with a bright future!

For anyone that hasn't tried it put on a pair of gloves and hit a heavy bag for 3 minutes straight at an average pace nothing makes your heart move more. And getting punched in the face from the one you never saw will make you feel like a man when she recover from it! Boxing and biking for 35 years now! When I saw Biker Build off...billy struck me as as a billy badass troublemaker, running from the law kind of guy (It was MY impression) ... On this channel, he's down to earth, humble and a solid family man just doing his thing. Cool to see what he's doing these days.

Get it man. Im 56 and I blast one muscle group a day and hit the treadmill 3 days a week for cardio and 2 days on the eliptic. At night I hit the bags for 2 min. Rounds and a min. Rest. 1/2 hr and done.I built up to it. Aint gonna win no titles but that routine keeps me feeling pretty good. And I hit weights on break at work in our gym. Bags at home. Routine. Routine every day. Off on weekends. 2 months. Youll be a freakshow. Gotta put it on now cause we cant pretty soon. Luv your channel. Hope to meet you someday.

Right now I am doing the same thing getting into shape. Since I started truck driving about five years ago I have put on thirty pounds. Boxing is something so awesome to get into one thing I have never done. Now you have me inspired to find a gym where I live in northern alabama.

One of my best friends started driving a truck yrs. and put on pounds every year, now he’s over 300 lbs and lots of health problems. Its your life buddy, ya only got one body, I suggest you take care of it.

We were stout in the system! I was jogging 4 to 7 a day, but I'd always try to go as far as I could. Of course, I had the weight pile beforehand. And it was HOT in the summer!
Figured you might like this Look into the redemption springer fork It uses ohlins shocks and springs like a coil over but still works like a springer. Might not be worth buying for you since you might be able to build your own version but cool none the less.
