@@nichijou_cargo6476 thanks dude. God bless. I must say I love the style of rapid transport to definitive care. We spend too much time on scene here at times. Patients need hospital. You guys have it fine tuned. I would love to spend a week out there to see how it is. We are also getting more stabbings and shootings here too. Times are changing for the worst.

@@pcmedicalsupportservices2346 i know what you mean, sometimes it seems like people are going crazy! Yeah at my department we usually try to load and go as fast as we can, cause we have at minimum a 40 minute transport to the hospital. I work out in rural ems so we are usually really far from definitive care.

@@pcmedicalsupportservices2346 I gotta say though, im always really impressed whenever i see shows about you guys, your patient care is really impressive, you all really go above and beyond for making sure your patients are taken care of.

None of the crews on this Ambulance or most crews perform urology procedures such as catheters. It's doctors who do it here or certain trained clinicians.

Thank you. On events we try to get another Ambulance to transport as it takes the vehicle off the event. If however it's an emergency and the NHS have no resources we will transport.

Yes we carry aprons and spill kits. Eye guards etc.

C D carrying something to cover the body of a deceased person on a running call or at an event has nothing to do with pronouncing someone dead! if someone has been incinerated in a car or has suffered massive cranial destruction at a crash that we have stopped at ( and we have) the bag is used to cover them up to protect their dignity and from prying bystanders. We also provide a free body transport service for people who want a loved one to be taken to a specific location and cannot find an undertaker available out of hours. Hence why it is carried.
