Hi Gaye he eventually got that perfect place to go to the loo🙂 your doing amazing my friend and Jesse is looking super healthy and satisfied with his lawn time..much love friend have an amazing blessed week
He did have a great time, though boy he took his time getting his business done, what a way to spend sometime though out in the not so sunny day but was still nice out there. much love to you Izeak.
That is the time to get them out Taevian, we get hot days here in the summer and l find early morning or late afternoon works here and even done after dark, well that is because someone needs the bathroom, not my choice of time LOL
I just got a new snek, a Woma called Lilith, and I'm in the process of teaching her to go to the toilet outside. The others happily go outside, but only when they're ready. I agree with you, I prefer them going in their water bowl than anywhere else in their enclosure, the water bowl is easy to clean
LOL l love the waterbowl toilet and be good if l could train the little ones to do it all the time. Archie seems to get it right but he is the only one. Oh the beautiful Woma's and l am sure she will get there for you, hello Lilith you are in a wonderful new home and will be greatly loved girl.
I take my Pris out to the park in summer and let her roam around my living room for a few hours a day. ( On non feeding days and for 2 days after... I leave her alone to digest her food ) but the other four days she’s always out and about The Corn snakes have a playpen and when they are bigger I plan to take them out too Great video Gaye! 🌺
Its so good to give them free roam time and playpens are great to use, especially outside. My little snakes enjoy them. as they dont feel so vunerable out in the open but they still get some sun and fresh air. My big guys like to scope the place out and have got l think very used to the yard after 8 years of being here. l would love to get a pond put in for them to use, another on my list to do at some point. Thank you Lady Suda and hope all is well.
@@Gottalovecarpetpythons Thank you Gaye and yes all is well. Yes a pond sounds like a great idea! I wish I had a garden so I could do the same. My little Corn Snakes don’t feel as exposed when they are in their playpen and Pris usually stays by me when we are in the park. Giving Snakes some fresh air and sunshine is great for them and they deserve to feel the grass under their bellies. 🌺
Your snakes sure do love to be out and about. It's very impressive they have learnt to tell you to take them outside when they need to go. Just a shame snakes to have the concept of time and weather 😂 Wonderful you'll still let them out and take them out no matter the weather. If they gotta go they gotta go 😂
Jesse is looking very muscular and that is nice to see ,,, what a beauty ,,,, did he go on the brick or the grass I was wondering about that ' ,,, On the other hand what another great vid Gaye ' ,,,,,, warm huggz '
Sentient thinking is not limited to mammals nor is the behaviour instinctual or learned. Issue, reason, solution Ask not what your snakes can do for you but what you can do for your snakes The tiny enclosure forever snakes makes me so sad
That is exactly how it should be, they sure do and can ask a lot at times, though ever a little time is alot of time for them and l know they appreciate all that we do for them. l see that in their behaviour, friends they are and l want to be their friend too.
Though it's a bit harder to lift these big snakes to take outside I'm sure it's worth it to not have to clean out the enclosure. They probably aren't nearly as quick as the smaller ones that might get away from you. You have developed such a great relationship with these snakes that you can know their personality so well. So far I'm glad you haven't been hurt badly from the snakes but that comes from being on top of things. Oscar has gotten big and how cool that he's now going outside. Do you think if they had to fend for themselves should anything happen, that they would be able to catch their food and survive out in the wild? I miss watching your videos. I'm glad I got a little break this week. Take care my friend.
Hello Renee so wonderful to hear from you. l too am glad that l have not been hurt and l am vigilant with them, mainly the bigger snakes that is. They are heavy but cleaning up l prefer not too, they can make a bit of a mess the big guys LOL. No Renee l do not believe that they would though some may disagree with me on that. They are too spoiled and most have been generations in of captive breeding. Maybe the bigger ones would have a chance but then it is not about them not finding food, its staying away from those humans that dont understand they are not a danger to them and my snakes would go right up to them. You enjoy your break, l have been taking little ones inbetween uploads Renee, lm so tired all the time, finding the energy is my problem. Its enough just taking care of all the animals so by the end of the day, l am beat. Much love my friend xxx
*Breeding snakes for Temperament you're on to Something* Maybe you could start doing this to look forward to hear from you by for now keep looking up your friend Ken*
