Thank you so much! You just saved me $2000. My washer has been stuck on the 4c error for days now and we were contemplating just getting a new one 😩 . Thanks to you my family has clean clothes this week! God bless you!
Thank you Noe. I was able to do what you instructed, the good news is that the washer proceeded until 18 minutes to complete the cycle, and then I got the 4 E again. I in Kenya, Africa. Thank you.
My washer & dryer have been in storage for over 6yrs (Military) and I’ve finally moved into a place that doesn’t have washer/ dryer….I’m gonna try this quick fix tomorrow! Thanks.
Another reason for the 4E error which was in my case. I moved the machine to a new location and plumbed the drain hose down low like you would with a dishwasher. Not thinking about it, the water would drain out of the machine as it was filling. As you could imagine this took a long time to fill (while draining at the same time) and through the 4E fault.
In my case I also had run water through the hoses when they were disconnected from the washer as there was some debris in there as well. Thanks for uploading.
What if it's the water pressure? The hoses and screens are clean cause we have only had the washer a few weeks. But we got that code today while doing a Extra high wash (we never do that)
I have cleaned the screens. I cleared the blockages in the houses a pipe brush. I ran hot water through the hoses and they are good now. Still getting 4C code. Water pressure is not an issue. What else can it be?
Mine is new, from the first use i got the 4C error! The hoses , the filters are all clean , the water pressure is high… what could be the problem? I reset several times, but it keeps giving me 4C, after 10-15 minutes of running washing time, i can see the water flow insides the machine is good! But why like that!?
@@mrnoe67tiktok they said the drain hose should NOT be on the floor, it should be hanged till the top of the washing machine (like at same level of the drum) then goes down to the drain, the drain hose was short , so i bought an extension washing machine hose and attached to it… Now no more 4C error , i will observe if this really solved the problem..
I tried this and still not working :/ So, your first recommendation would be to remove the hose completely and maybe try to flush them out? Water pressure seems fine in the rest of the house.
I’m sure you fixed it by now but if somebody is having the same issue it wasn’t the screen for me. Clean the detergent tray o had calcium build up and the water wasn’t getting through
@@papabear8160 would the drum fill with water still? Mine is working 100% as it should, but throwing this code. I’m getting ready to use it for target practice
I bought the set from a mom and pop appliance store. Right of the bat nothing but problems.. The thermal delay thingy went out on the dryer. Got out the multimeter and fixed that shit. Then the dreadful 4C code on the washer.. Watched the vidia and fixed. Lol
I’ve been dealing with this annoying 4C code for months! I’d unplug move the clothes around and replug and usually it’d work. But gets real old every single time we do laundry!
@noe arriaga my machine indicates 4E, I tried everything in your video but still doesn’t not work. There’s is a lot a water flow so I don’t understand. Any other suggestions?
I wish it were that simple in my case. Did all that was advised still getting the 4c code about 10 minutes after it starts filling with water. Just doesnt make any sense to me. Samsung makes the worse washers ever!
