Beautiful home, I live in Houston and this house is similar to mine but with one less bathroom and only one kitchen 😁 oh and A LOT less than a million. Houses just keep getting more and more expensive over the years.

If you were to compare this to the prices (at the moment) here in Toronto-Mississauga, Canada. Holyyyyy, here the prices are so high that for 1.5 million CAD your gonna get a townhouse or semi-detached house. my familys current house is smaller than this house and costs a whopping 3.2 million cad. AND ITS 3500 sq ft.

Messed up design! Media and game rooms should not be by the bedrooms! What if someone is sick and sleeping during the day? Or someone working 3rd shift and has to sleep during the day? The kids or other adults won’t be able to use the game or media rooms!
