What does a Tuya Finger Robot Switch Do? Cubetouch 

Battery life for me so far has been 4 to 5 weeks before I need to recharge it again

1. Switch device ON OFF ON OFF ON and led will blink (make sure device is fully charged first) 2. Click + symbol to add device in app 3. Once device is paired open the GATEWAY in app 4. Click Add Devices in Gateway 5. Click Associate Bluetooth devices and your all done

You can control it from anywhere in the world

@Adrianwe44 Generally I always recommend buying a Tuya gateway for Tuya devices, however because MOES usually works with Tuya your chances are high it will work. Just give it a try and if it works please post back feedback with a link with the one you bought, thank you so much 😊

For voice control

Your best option to create a sunset automation for this device is to use Amazon Alexa. If not working through gateway then possibly a gateway configuration error. Unplug gateway for a couple of minutes and reconnect and try again. Sometimes gateway pairing problems can be frustrating and time consuming to solve, just stick with it and don't give up

Also gateway to device connections are common for errors when signal is weak. So when possible always plug device into usb power and then pair it to the gateway is a good trick when you have these errors. You always want a strong signal when connecting to the gateway or it often will not work, I recommend you connect your usb cable and then trying connecting to the gateway, it has to work as mine works perfectly and I use it everyday

Are you using a Gateway? Is battery fully charged?

Then that's your problem. It will not work without a gateway with Google home. You need to get a gateway and your problems will be solved.

@ayavov7188 Hello, a gateway is a smart home network hub. All your devices are connected to the gateway and then Alexa connects to the gateway to communicate with your finger robot. Without a gateway Akexa will not work and nether will Google Assistant. So to use Alexa all you need is Alexa, a finger robot and a gateway

HI, are you using a smart gateway? if your not then that is your problem, hope that helps you

When pairing keep it as close to the device and router as possible, after paired anywhere in the house should be fine providing its a good quality gateway. If your house is 2 stories high then you might want to boost the signal if you find it's not good enough

@edgardaraujosantos walls and barriers can effect the signal of course, if that's a problem you experience then you use a booster. For me personally it's never been a problem

Hi, this is a Bluetooth device so to use it with Alexa a Bluetooth Gateway is required. If you don't use a bluetooth gateway it will not work with Alexa, hope that helps
