I've viewed other content on the element14 channel but new to your featured videos. You have a very effective and articulate presentation style, and that is how I learn most effectively. Thank you for producing this, and your upfront transparency about the sponsor of your content. Great explanation, James! We find that sampling rate of [maximum bandwidth * 2.5] does pretty well with the right interpolation. More never hurts, though :)

Very well prepared presentation, would like to learn more. I am a beginner, never took lessons in electronics, but got a sudden urge to get involved. Purchased a 25mhz, full featured oscilloscope, and was wondering if I made the right choice. Will be testing my gadgets and breadboard projects. Will it be enough for what I am using it for? Thank you for your time

hi good video, i am looking to put together a small e lab, it has been 20 years sense i had an e lab, and a scope tech has changed a lot... i am looking to try and build a 3 phase power inverter using a pi or an Arduino micro controller, in the 30 to 120 Hz range, i would like to get a nice clean sine wave, what kind of scope should i be looking for?
