Dad advice! Thats it! It would be so wonderful if you could do a whole series of your dad advice. So many kids never get, or got that, from their dad's (or moms), and your advice would fill that hole for so many. At that age, you both know yourselves really well, so your whole focus should be on ascertaining how good or bad of a match that person is for you. If you both have sincere, growing faith and you both get along well and can agree on key lifestyle points, you don't need to wait long. At this age, you should be able to get a general idea of whether or not the person might be a good match within three months and a very clear idea within six months. If you're not at least talking about marriage within nine months, you probably don't like each other enough so you should break up and move on.
