The Vicks Vapor rub is smart it keeps you awake in a game if the opposing team isnt on the attack all that much. Its a nice focus boost. That minty smell is like pure oxygen.

I think the wrist tape for me is the most Important one on that list, I used to suffer from loads of wrist injuries and when I’ve been wearing wrist tape it’s been so much more comfortable

Used to play in goal I always had a towel, 2 pairs of gloves, wrist tape, thermal gloves for winter, but never wore vapour rub also I wore a green kit and I was allowed to wear a black under armour, ref never had an issue

I play in amateur we wear reed kit and I use black under armor and I’m allowed to use it but in professional leagues you have to wear the same color as your kit

Wish someone told me about wrist tape when I was young. Started as gk at 13y old and got pulled up to the representative team at 15y old. I had multiple wrist injuries that dropped my motivation by a lot to stop hard shots on practice.

Depends on where you live and your skill. If you're still a good keeper and have football clubs or academies or something then try out cause 16 isn't too late you still got time. If you really want it you can do it!

Yeah it’s too late mate. Most keepers are scouted at the age of 10-12 key age for development. Only naturally talented keepers could walk in at 16 and get signed very rare. But semi pro is possible don’t give up!

It's never to late and 16 then your still a youth player I know players that got send away at professional clubs because they weren't good enough and played at amateur clubs and still became proffesional at the age of 23 , or even older 25 Garry Mendes Rodrigues or Nasser El Khayati are great examples of never give up they became proffesional at a later age

Wrapping your wrists is key if you have weak wrists. Just perhaps wrap your wrist, not halfway up your forearm like in this video. 🤣 They ain't going to do anything. Tubigrip is also good if you don't want to wrap. Gives support to your wrist and costs about £3-£4 in Boots or a supermarket.

You'll need to training daily and study the world's top goalkeepers. Of course your physical ability will be a factor - but CONSISTENT training will be key. Who knows where you can be in the next 5 years! 👍

if you dedicate yourself and train every day then yes! i started playing a goalkeeper at 11 and i recently finished my first year. I would get to the strongest team(coaches say) but i cant because they have 4 keepers already. One of the keepers told me that i am better than one goalkeeper on the strongest team. At football practices give 101% and train on your free time. Idk if you will read it but if you will, good luck to you!

Prisma Kärulükkaja ye so the one he had are good for you they are absaloutley fine, those ones are just full of carbohydrates. But the ones that are packed full of caffeine are the SIS SURGE gels, those ones are fine but only have one of them and I repeat only one of the surge gels they will wire you up.
