BIG FACTS!! I watched my late dad as he got older...wasn't pleasant..but he still kept his sense of humor....now going through this now with my mom...she's 86...and she still gets around albeit slower going through all sorts of physical issues...so yeah...that so called "golden era" usually sucks..but that's life

I always get outside n walk #30 mins.4 times per.wk! It helps me sleep at nite better! My husband of almost #30 yrs. and my Christian faith is my strength also.I’m blessed n U are blessed too with a wonderful daughter.🙏🏽🙌🏽❤️🥰🧚🏽
