CJI takes cognizance of Sadguru case and takes on face value that the girls are living in the ashram on their own volition. But a girl who says I am marrying a Muslim on my own choice is not taken on face value Atleast Gogoi has blatantly exposed himself, this CJI wants history to remember him kindly, but gets himself in the news with temple visits wearing the choicest saffron clothes and giving ambivalent and half solution judgements.
@@naveensharma2509 nothing wrong in visiting temples. The wrong happens based based on if he is visiting in an official capacity or in personal capacity. Politicians can / will cater to their vote base, be it by caste, religion or any other category by doing all kinds of things in public. But for the CJI for a private visit with family, why are the videos in public domain and of it is official, then as a CJI his actions are wrong. You will not understand this. Because the same " you" will never allow or like a minority person to ever hold such a prestigious office. You will agree if a minority person visits temples ( or like Kovind and Murmu deny permission during the main event and when backlash is there arrange president Murmu to visit Ayodhya temple much later ) and comment if he has an iftar party or vist mosques. President Adbul Kalam's time , India was a different India then. In the present India your analytical and constitutional understanding has been weakened and compromised. Thanks for your comment. Najeeb Jung was LG Delhi, he did not leave any stone unturned to impediment a new government. Some of his operations may have been against minorities -- Muslims and Christians, remember vandalism of churches just before some election? Past is treacherous, we all need to tread carefully.
Partition should have been done as per Ambedkar formula. With that model this one problem would have been solved permanently. He was man with foresight. Even today that model should be tried to be implemented.
Do you even know how big is India and how many small towns and remote villages are in India. More than 80% muslims didn't even know there is a talk about partition. Many old women didn't even know there is a British rule in India. All the decision were taken in the main cities. You can't mobilize this huge population deeply seeped in and of different cultures to one day stand and move out.
@@green7759 It seems you're trying to address a false narrative. If 80% of the Muslim population wasn't aware of the partition in 1947, then why did 24.3% of Muslims receive 33% of the land? The reality is that in the 1946 Indian general elections, Muhammad Ali Jinnah and the Muslim League secured 90% of the Muslim vote, showing clear support for the creation of Pakistan. You can easily verify this by searching for the "1946 Indian general election" and reviewing the relevant Wikipedia page. That's why Sardar Patel openly remarked that the same people who voted for Pakistan are now, overnight, claiming to be patriots.

What percentage of total population of Muslims voted in that election? And the muslims who born after the partition, what they have to do with pakistan since they surely didnt vote for it.

I was posted in Valley, URI, from late 1993 to early 1996! My parents were in Delhi and used to fly to the capital about twice a year. I ran into a gentleman from Kerala, who was working in a company based in Delhi that had stationed him in Srinagar to take care of the water supply of the city. His job was to treat water and make it potable. He was living with his wife and a kid in a locality in Srinagar! The city often used to have a curfew and before the enforcement of curfew, the supplies of fresh provisions used to be made. He told me that his neighbours and the community leaders used to come to him and ask him to take the provisions to meet his requirements, as he is the guest and will also find it difficult to deal with an uncertain situation, while they would be able to manage the shortages locally. This was the state of affairs despite J&K being disturbed! I don't come across a similar situation in many other places!
